Unprofessionalism

I have a very bad experience with the firm as I filed for divorce in 2021 and up until now the matter hasn't been resolved even though i was promised the matter will be resolved in not more than 6months as they wont be dealing with estates.My case keeps on being moved to a new lawyer, so far the case is on the 4th lawyer and when they change a lawyer I'm not being told, I will only see by the new email with funds request and when I enquire that's when I'll be made aware of the new lawyer handling my case. I paid a lot of money already but the matter is not resolved and is not even promising.i feel they are not looking after their clients interests
