<p>We bought a mahindra from mgm polokwane. It was a used car but looked brand new on the outside. When test driving the car we heard a noise in the motor. They then promised that its not a big problem they will fix it before we take delivery. We signed the contract and traded our vehicle wich was is 100% working condition. </p> <p> </p> <p>We did not receive the mahindra the same day they took our vehicle as they were still waiting for a part. We received our mahindra two days later but due to the same noise and check engine light we took it back, it was the friday. </p> <p> </p> <p>We received it back the following week, monday and returned it the tuesday because of the vehicle still having the same problem. We received it the wednesday and took it back the thursday again. They had it for repair for more than 3 weeks. </p> <p> </p> <p>When we received it back again on the wednesday, 10 may 2017 we returned it on the 11th due to the engine light coming on again. We then canceled the deal on the 11th. </p> <p> </p> <p>They then confirmed its fine they will cancel the deal. On the 12 th they contacted us and requested R12 000 for "repairs" done on the vehicle we treded in. We have to pay them before they now want to return our vehicle because we canceled a ddeal becasuse they sell faulty cars. </p> <p> </p> <p>They made a new key for our vehicle that we traded and the say they fixed R3000 wortd dents and scrathes. We said we will pay for the new key, but the rest of the expenses was totaly unnecessary. </p> <p> </p> <p>We send them a letter of demand but they just ignored it. We asked for their counter offer so we can settle this matter and be done with. But they dont reply to any of the mails. </p> <p> </p> <p>So now before we can get our old vehicle back we have to find R12 000.00. I find it outrageous as they were the ones selling a faulty car and because of their negelegence we had to cancel, who wants to buy a vehicle wjth engine trouble. </p>

<p>On Thursday afternoon - Our Defender's Booster pipe blew - we drove our vehicle from Mookgophong to Mokopane in Limb mode. We drove this way to MGM Land Rover in Mokopane. <p> i took my car for service firstly to CMH westrand volvo at which i would recommend all volvo customers to go there and in 2015 October i took my car for service in MGM volvo polokwane and i explained that the car is still under warranty at which the service advisor told me she will check with volvo SA AND later she confirmed that the car is still under extended service and maintenance plan and i should not worry of the service and any maintenance on the vehicle ,later she sent me message for having pirates break pads on the car and i provided her with receipt as she did not believe i bought them from the same service place ,later i was called to collect the car and from polokwane i took a trip to johannesburg on my as i approched first toll gate (mokopane) the car warned me of oil level that is low ,unfortunatly it was already late in the evening,i than drove back to polokwane for safety and found accomodation ,i called MGM volvo polokwane and spoke with Madelein (my service advisor ) she than sent the mechanic who worked on my car with oil at which it was poored ,i did not go to johannesburg anymore after that,three days later Madelein sent me email explaining that volvo SA would not pay 100% towards the job done as i overdriven the vehicle at which i understood and promised to pay with condition of my following concerns being addressed ,firstly Brake pads that i bought from MGM Volvo Polokwane and were declared pirate and the low level issue as my concern is my car has a clicking sound mostly on a heel and i was told to bring the car back specifically to recheck brake pads which i did not do cause they checked them against the code and verified it was pirate but when they see the receipt ,i received an email that says it was a mistake ,i was than receiving calls on when am i going to pay and i kept asking as well about my concerns and i was not given anything on my concerns till this year 2016 October when my car is due for service i decided to take my car to westrand volvo although now staying in Phalaborwa ,i took the car in and made them aware is still under extended service and maintanance , to my suprise i was called by Mariska the service advisor in CMH Westrand volvo telling me things to be done on my car and the cost of R45000 and i asked shouldnt service plan cover that and i was told that my service and maintanance plan has a void notice meaning i can't use it ,the service manager explained to me that it shows that the void comes from MGM VOLVO POLOKWANE and provided me with Volvo SA numbers ,i called and i was advised that Volvo SA has a my extended plan still valid but MGM Volvo polokwane has put a void and they cannot do anything ,i need to sort it with MGM volvo polokwane as they are the only one to wave for void to be removed ,i than called Madelein the service advisor who than transfered me to the service manager Mr Dewalt and i explained to him the situation and he said i should pay than he will send the removal of a void from my plan ,i asked him about my concerns and his answer was ,he has nothing to discuss with me ,is either i pay him or nothing will happen ,i saw that he is not willing to discuss than i tried to make arrangements for the fact that i already spent money to drive ala the way from phalaborwa to Krugersdorp but he did not even wanto make arrangements ,he needed full amount which was R3720 and i had no choice but to pay,and i am still not even compensated for my fuel i spent due to their incompetencies or even potential engen problems due to their incompetencies and his answer is he has his company has done nothing wrong to me .i hate the day i decided to take my car to MGM VOLVO Polokwane</p>

<p>I have been in the Automotive Industry for almost 18 years. I have driven a range of company vehicles, makes and models. I have never been so overwhelmingly surprised on how MGM Motors Land Rover, Jaguar Volvo Polokwane has done the hand over of my New Company Vehicle. Firstly I am blessed, honoured and privileged to drive a brand new Volvo V40 T3. I received a call from the wonderful and friendly Sales Manager Mr JP Slement requesting me to please head to the main branch for a brief meeting. Once I arrived at the Dealer I was welcomed and surprised to hear that I am to take delivery of my New Vehicle. To my surprise this was a wonderful experience. I was taken to the vehicle which was covered with a big blue cloth wrapping the vehicle and a big silver bow in the front, thus not knowing what was to be revealed…. I was taken through the features and specifications of the vehicle, done by Mr Moses Dikotla. Being a fairly new Sales Executive he did a good job. I was then given a gift with the vehicle and of course the keys to my New traveling companion. This was honestly one of the nicest experiences this far in my Automotive career. With this letter I do invite everyone to take the time to visit TEAM VOLVO at MGM Motors Land rover, Jaguar Volvo Polokwane. 64 hand van Rensburg Street. (015) ********** </p>

Today I have sent my car for the third time for the same problem, coolant level warning light on the dashboard. They keep charging me for the work that they haven't/cant fix and it seems acceptable to the. Surprisingly when I look at my coolant tank, the coolant is above half the tank, they replaced the tank and pipes and still they want to charge me for diagnosis and further \repairs\"<br> PEOPLE IN POLOKWANE PLEASE REFRAIN OR STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH MGM ESPECIALLY JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER. <br> I SO PRAY THAT A NEW FRANCHISE/COMPETITOR CAN BE ESTABLISHED IN POLOKWANE TO GIVE THE POLOKWANE PEOPLE A MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAT THEY DESERVE."

I bought a Ssang Young Korando and it only had a few km on and the car got a noise. The dealership said I am hearing ghosts. When I then went to the dealership they then all of a sudden realized that there is a manufacturer fault on the steering. So I needed to make a plan with a car. At first MGM provided me with a courtesy car until I needed to drive far. The first car did not have wipers. The secondcar was better. When I complained with the owner Mr Casper Voster he went off at me and said he is not charging me for his car and he is fact doing me a hell of a favor. I don't want favors I want a car that is problem free!!!

I bought the used car Hyundai i120 2012 module which was having 30000km and was still under warranty and having service plan and i was not informed that the car was once been involved in an accident or it was once taken to a penal biter until I the car got stacked while i was driving it after 4 days from the service.the car was towed to Hyundai polokwane and it was supposed to be fixed under warranty and Hyundai refused as they discovered that the car was once involved in an accident as they saw some paint inside as it was showing that it was once taken to penal beater.so I took the car back to MGM and they refuse to fixed.

MY MAHINDRA D/C SCORPIO WAS LEFT AT MGMMOTORS FOR REPAIRS ON THE ELECTRIAL IGNITION SYSTEM.A FEW DAYS LATER THEY PHONED ME TO BRING MY SPARE KEYS I STAY 120 KM FROM THEM. NEVER THE LESS I DID SO. EVERY FEW DAYS I CONTACTED THEM .THEY CANT FIND THE PROBLEM. I PHONED MAHINDRA SA THEY PROMISED TO HELP . THEY PHONED MGM MOTORS AS WELL THEN A MAN CALLED JULIAN PHONED ME,SAYING THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM GLAD TO HERE THAT ,FIVE MINUTES LATER A LADY PHONED VERY SORRY THE MAN MADE A MISTAKE. WHEN HE PHONED HE SAID THE GUYS WERE BUSY TIGTHENING THE FLYWEEL.IT WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY.MEANWHILE I HAVE BEEN PHONING THEM EVERY DAY AND MAHINDRA SA .LAST WEEK THE28 OF MAY THEY PROMISED ME TUESDAY. TODAY ANOTHER STORY MAYBE NEXT WEEK THEY ARE WAITING FOR SPARES . IPHONED MAHINDRA SA TODAY THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE .THE DEALERS ARE IT IS A FRANCHISE. WHAT NOW AND WHO CAN HELP.
