<p> i took my car for service firstly to CMH westrand volvo at which i would recommend all volvo customers to go there and in 2015 October i took my car for service in MGM volvo polokwane and i explained that the car is still under warranty at which the service advisor told me she will check with volvo SA AND later she confirmed that the car is still under extended service and maintenance plan and i should not worry of the service and any maintenance on the vehicle ,later she sent me message for having pirates break pads on the car and i provided her with receipt as she did not believe i bought them from the same service place ,later i was called to collect the car and from polokwane i took a trip to johannesburg on my as i approched first toll gate (mokopane) the car warned me of oil level that is low ,unfortunatly it was already late in the evening,i than drove back to polokwane for safety and found accomodation ,i called MGM volvo polokwane and spoke with Madelein (my service advisor ) she than sent the mechanic who worked on my car with oil at which it was poored ,i did not go to johannesburg anymore after that,three days later Madelein sent me email explaining that volvo SA would not pay 100% towards the job done as i overdriven the vehicle at which i understood and promised to pay with condition of my following concerns being addressed ,firstly Brake pads that i bought from MGM Volvo Polokwane and were declared pirate and the low level issue as my concern is my car has a clicking sound mostly on a heel and i was told to bring the car back specifically to recheck brake pads which i did not do cause they checked them against the code and verified it was pirate but when they see the receipt ,i received an email that says it was a mistake ,i was than receiving calls on when am i going to pay and i kept asking as well about my concerns and i was not given anything on my concerns till this year 2016 October when my car is due for service i decided to take my car to westrand volvo although now staying in Phalaborwa ,i took the car in and made them aware is still under extended service and maintanance , to my suprise i was called by Mariska the service advisor in CMH Westrand volvo telling me things to be done on my car and the cost of R45000 and i asked shouldnt service plan cover that and i was told that my service and maintanance plan has a void notice meaning i can't use it ,the service manager explained to me that it shows that the void comes from MGM VOLVO POLOKWANE and provided me with Volvo SA numbers ,i called and i was advised that Volvo SA has a my extended plan still valid but MGM Volvo polokwane has put a void and they cannot do anything ,i need to sort it with MGM volvo polokwane as they are the only one to wave for void to be removed ,i than called Madelein the service advisor who than transfered me to the service manager Mr Dewalt and i explained to him the situation and he said i should pay than he will send the removal of a void from my plan ,i asked him about my concerns and his answer was ,he has nothing to discuss with me ,is either i pay him or nothing will happen ,i saw that he is not willing to discuss than i tried to make arrangements for the fact that i already spent money to drive ala the way from phalaborwa to Krugersdorp but he did not even wanto make arrangements ,he needed full amount which was R3720 and i had no choice but to pay,and i am still not even compensated for my fuel i spent due to their incompetencies or even potential engen problems due to their incompetencies and his answer is he has his company has done nothing wrong to me .i hate the day i decided to take my car to MGM VOLVO Polokwane</p>

Hi i have been with Fnb for sometime now and my initial account was a savings account by which i was called for upgrade on my account which was done telephonically and a card sent to my work place, than i had a problem of unauthorised debit orders going through my account and making my account to be in arrears if the debit goes when my account is at zero by which i was withdrawing all my money to ensure no unauthorise person take my money since with me stopping and reversing funds did not help. I finally i decided to cancel and close my FNB account and since i am on private banking i wrote a message through FNB Private banking to inform them about my decision and that i want account closed,he said he couldnt do that when account is in arrears, i than rervesed one of debit orders that went through so that account can be closed, he than said to me he will speak to his manager regarding the closer of my account and will come back to me, since than in June 2015 i am still waiting for him however i am currently receiving calls that my account is in arrears and further steps will be taken if i dont pay FNB those arrears were made by debits that were unsuccessful as i changed a bank now.
