Mocke Technologies t/a - Mi-Link Modems
Good day folks. Has anyone else been having problems with contacting this company? I have been trying to contact them since the 20th of November 2025 regarding an issue with my modems, but to no avail. As a result of this lack of contact I have lost my accummulated data which amounted to more than 140 Gig. I even tried to contact the Directors of this company, again to no avail. Is anyone still alive at Mocke Technologies - Mi-Link, or have you gone out of business? ANY ADVICE WOULD BE A GREAT HELP.

Mocke Technologies t/a - Mi-Link Modems
Good day folks. Has anyone else been having problems with contacting this company? I have been trying to contact them since the 20th of November 2025 regarding an issue with my modems, but to no avail. Poor service
Just after I bought data mi link internet went down. This was a month ago and where they were try to support in the beginning, they just ignore me now not replying back with any updates. Still without internet. Stay away from this company

This platforms are just all bad because you will be asked to purchase many tasks with high money, and you won't be able to withdraw even the money that you invested. Don't join this thing because it is a ****

Quick to take money, no data in return after 12 days of waiting
This was a very affordable and reliable ISP with good reception. Ever since the service drop from very good to extremely bad. Recharched 12 days ago and it still doesn't show the data bought. I have logged a query via whatsapp, read but with no reply. Called via whatsapp, no answer. Called via network, still no answer! Mi-Link, you dissappointed me!!
