Mocke Technologies t/a - Mi-Link Modems

Good day folks. Has anyone else been having problems with contacting this company? I have been trying to contact them since the 20th of November 2025 regarding an issue with my modems, but to no avail. As a result of this lack of contact I have lost my accummulated data which amounted to more than 140 Gig. I even tried to contact the Directors of this company, again to no avail. Is anyone still alive at Mocke Technologies - Mi-Link, or have you gone out of business? ANY ADVICE WOULD BE A GREAT HELP.
