The company only sells contracts and have absolutely no support structure in place to help their clients.
We have incurred costs to rectify the issues caused by the products (Internet) they sell. They have a ZERO care policy when it comes to something they sell. They would rather force you to pay for services that they are unable to render.
I wish I could go back to the day I decided that we will be using MIA Telecoms, and rather kick myself in the face than make the decision to make use of the services they offer.
