This is the worst most unfrofessional company i have ever come across, i submitted my claim on 12 October 2025 today is 3 February 2026 and i have received no feedback , ive filled in claim forms , ive sent countless emails ive called twice a week since last year but i keep being sent from pillar to post
I wanted to claim my provident fund from 2007 , i was sent forms which i was asked to fill and send back which i did on 12/10/2025 , i called back 2 months later on 12/11/2025 i was told i filled in the wrong forms and that i must fill in unclaimed benefits forms which i did and sent back , i was asked to contact MIFA going forward but still the terrible service is the same
i called yesterday 02/02/2026 i was told my claim has been sent i should call back after a week , the consultants are the worst ive ever come across and the service is just none existand because even the email addresses on their websit dont even work and return as undelivered
I would never recommend this company to anyone, its easy when they take your money , i even wonder if i will ever receive my funds or they have been looted like everything else in South Africa
