Mibfa do you value you clients though????
Mibfa do have contact email addresses, but doesn't answer any mail directed to them regarding pension pay outs or any I formation. They do answer phone calls. Once you get hold of anybody you get transfered to next person and they can't resolve your query or answer your questions related to your inquiry, You will end up using a lot of airtime with no feedback from mibfa side, kindly assist please its hurts when one is not able to have food nor provide for his kids ....

Mibfa do have contact email addresses, but doesn't answer any mail directed to them regarding pension pay outs or any I formation. They do answer phone calls. Once you get hold of anybody you get transfered to next person and they can't resolve your query or answer your questions related to your inquiry, You will end up using a lot of airtime with no feedback from mibfa side, kindly assist please its hurts when one is not able to have food nor provide for his kids ....

Pay my husband's benefits.
I am have trouble with my children's benefits being paid. We started the claim process in 2019 then re-app**** again in October 2024. I am tired of being sent from pillar to post, just last week I was asked to submit my banking details which I did then I waited again up until now nothing. I spoke Khanyisile from the head office and Selloane yet till today nothing is happening. Kindly make payments.

Mifba clearly don’t care or take people seriously, not professional at all, I app**** for my money from Liberty it only took 3day and the money was in, there was no paper work only on watsup and I was paid out…. Mifba is the worst… they don’t communicate or nor give you the right updates???

Bad Service\Unprofessional
I can't believe that this company is managing our Provident Fund. They are unprofessional and make excuses for their bad service. Every time you phone to ask for an update on a claim they say "we have not received a email" this is a poor excuse, then we you ask for Supervisor's contract details the give you the automated: marketingenqueries@mibfa.co.za and tell you that a Supervisor will make contact with you. If they can't handle a simple request then I shudder to think how they are managing our funds
