I did a two pot withdrawal June 2025. I am unable to draw 2026 because it still shows that claim pending. It’s so unprofessional! Why has 2025 claim not been concluded so as not to disrupt 2026s payment. It’s shocking to say the least and on social media I see I’m not the only one. Please rectify my account!
Over a year ago i did my cash out of R383.00 to date no money has been paid over. I have been **** to countless times. Excuses - System renovations, back log, scan a new ticket because the money has expired.
To say I'm upset is an understatement. Earlier this year I called OUTsurance to try save a bit of money on my premium. The consultant asked me when trying to see where she can save money for me where my main concern for cover is? I said theft...... So, on Monday morning I wake up and realize our washing on the line is gone. After going to police station i call OUTsurance. Falicia does the entire questionnaire with me and tells me i have no theft cover. I have R310k cover for accident and loadshedding (can you just imagine) cover for 2 things like loadshedding and accident and NOT theft. I am beyond devastated! why does anyone take out cover? Its always for theft, not accidental. can you imagine my house being broken into and not having cover. please guys watch out this is so scary and now i don't have the money to replace my things. My 10 year old doesn't even have a full uniform now for school. No care attitude.

*****!!!! 2 weeks ago I submitted my papers - Resigned. After always phoning them and dealing with *********** staff i am told that my paperwork was only submitted yesterday? Their lines where down? Never down to take money but to pay me my money that belongs to me that i have paid i must now wait another 6 weeks???? Why am i not surprised that they are so badly rated.
Placed a order online for my Iphone 13 - Delivered after 5pm on 19th January - told by the consultant when called to confirm my details at point of getting approval i was to keep my prepaid number, she said yes i must go in store- Travel 20 min Saturday morning to go instore and told they will NOT assist any online applications for sim changes to their contract numbers only people they sell contracts to - Phone MTN contracts to come fetch this device and cancel the deal and get told by Bhule she will forward my complaint to her superior who will do the sim swop as its still withing the 7 days cooling off period! i have still been told to go in store now i have done this 3 times wasted my time and fuel and no one is heling! i want to support another network and want MTN to cancel my deal because you are now costing me money and making a fool of me Bruce Weiss 0714084161
