Mica Hardware Parkview - appalling service

I am absolutely appalled at the service and level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Mica Hardware Parkmore. I went in and asked if they could replace a battery in a speaker. They took the battery and then proceeded to lose it. After months of back and forth and hours wasted they replaced it with an incorrect battery that does not fit the speaker. I now have no battery whereas before I at least had the correct one where I could show it to a professional operation, unlike Mica, and have it replaced. I overlooked the fact that they are overpriced on most products because of the convenience, but this is too much. I will never shop at Mica Hardware Parkmore again.
