Item Short on Online order and no response...
I absolutely love Michelle Ori, but I received an item short with the online order I placed with them directly in December 2025. I have been sending several emails, tried their online contact form and even Facebook messenger, but nobody responds on any messages. I assume I am now supposed to just accept it and loose the money for the item I paid for that was not in my package? It has now been a month and still just zero communication from them?

I absolutely love Michelle Ori, but I received an item short with the online order I placed with them directly in December 2025. Great products and service
This was my second time ordering via the website. User friendly website and quick service and delivery via a well know courier company. Products are amazing and affordable. Will stay a regular client, highly recommended.
