I absolutely love Michelle Ori, but I received an item short with the online order I placed with them directly in December 2025. I have been sending several emails, tried their online contact form and even Facebook messenger, but nobody responds on any messages. I assume I am now supposed to just accept it and loose the money for the item I paid for that was not in my package? It has now been a month and still just zero communication from them?
I have been a long standing FNB customer and have always had great customer service, but today I was very dissapointed. I recently changed my surname and last night I decide to login to online banking instead of the mobile app to check if my details are correct. I could not remember my password, because I usually use biometrics on the app, so I reset my password and everything worked 100%. This afternoon at around 3pm I saw a missed call from the ***** dept, I cannot answer my phone at work. Few minutes later I received an sms that my online profile has been blocked. I have tried numerous times to reset everything and I still cannot login. I phoned the ***** dept just for them to tell me I must "just make time" to go into a branch for biometrics because for all she know I can be the *****ster calling and that the bank has a right to block my profile????? How can I just be accused like this? I explained I work full days and cannot get to a branch, but she would not listen. Is this really fair blocking all my accounts at 3pm just before a long weekend and I cannot transact anything??? I understand the ***** meassures that needs to be taken, but I am then not allowed to reset my own password without going to wait in a bank for hours while I have work 9 hours a day?? For goodness sake they sms you one time pins, face recognitions etc??? Why the hell do I have to go to branch?? Really unfair doing this FNB.....I am very dissapointed....and please do not phone me, I cannot take calls at work!!!
So far I have only had quick responses on enquiries and everything is easy to do on the app. I have not had the need to claim anything yet and hopefully I will not have to in the near future, but the service has been fantastic since I moved to Naked Insurance and I am paying a lot less than I did before.
