Still waiting for my rental deposit
I am totally unhappy with how they handled their business with me. I was renting a property through them and decided not to renew my lease at the end of November 2025. They later forwarded me a post inspection report that included damages worth R3000 when I had hired the caretaker to fix everything for me that was damaged including repainting the walls. I told them it’s fine they can deduct the money and send the rest of my money. Tell me why it’s the 31st of December and I’m still waiting after sending numerous texts?? This kind of behavior should not be condoned honestly.

You will never see your rent....
Do not be convinced by any of their promises and excuses. These people will have excuses and problems from day 1. They did not even let is at least start good before they started *****ing. They stole from moth one. Once you've signed a contract that will be the last time they pick up a phone call. My tenant pay in advance.... we've received one payment a month late.... that's it.... Don't be fooled.

Deposit
It is 3 years now and still not resieved our deposit from michna properties witbank you can phone sent email nothing font have n contract for 3 years have nothing to do with them but they still have our deposit what kind of n business is it and stil there doors are open so many unhappy customers and they yust dont feel nothing it is my money but they dont want to pay my deposit back dont understand it

Rented out my Unit 3 Jacaranda Court property through Michna Properties from February 2025
Rented out my Unit 3 Jacaranda Court property through Michna Properties from February 2025. Agent Juna Wolmarans 0761261490. Due to problems with neighbours at Unit 3 Tenant Ms Glory Mabatha claimed back her deposit from Michna with a view to relocate. With my approval she was sent a deposit confirmation letter from Director M Kleinhans on 04/04/25 which was promised to be paid out in 21 days Numerous follow-ups done but they are not paying up the deposit. Have also spoken to Madri, Jenny, Petrol with no success . Their contact details are 35 Susanna Street Fransville Witbank 1035. Business Reg No 2015/047684/07. Michna Properties: Dishonest *******
Michna Properties and the 2 directors are extremely unprofessional. They do not pay rental (paid by the lessee) over to the owners / landlords. Despite a million promises, stories and excuses by the director herself, since 2024, they still owe me a substantial amount. They are *******. Using Peter to Paul!
