Rented out my Unit 3 Jacaranda Court property through Michna Properties from February 2025. Agent Juna Wolmarans 0761261490. Due to problems with neighbours at Unit 3 Tenant Ms Glory Mabatha claimed back her deposit from Michna with a view to relocate. With my approval she was sent a deposit confirmation letter from Director M Kleinhans on 04/04/25 which was promised to be paid out in 21 days Numerous follow-ups done but they are not paying up the deposit.
