Still waiting for my rental deposit

I am totally unhappy with how they handled their business with me. I was renting a property through them and decided not to renew my lease at the end of November 2025.

They later forwarded me a post inspection report that included damages worth R3000 when I had hired the caretaker to fix everything for me that was damaged including repainting the walls. I told them it’s fine they can deduct the money and send the rest of my money.

Tell me why it’s the 31st of December and I’m still waiting after sending numerous texts?? This kind of behavior should not be condoned honestly.
