Microsoft customer service is absolute *******. It is bad enough that you are shunted to a BOT, it also does give you the options that you need. Why dont they have a real perosn to speak to. For technically challenged individuals.

Microsoft have deducted money in my Bank account and they don't wanna refund me my money , I bought Microsoft Family Office 365 online and they couldn't get funds in my account on 16 November 2021 and cancelled my service and I bought another Package from VanSchaik at Maponya as it was a requirement at my work to have full office on my new Laptop and then on 24th December 2021 they went into my Bank account and debit money and I reported the matter with my bank and they referred me back to Microsoft to pay my money their Head office are refusing to pay me my money back so I have bought two Microsoft Office package and they confirmed even over the phone that they were not permitted to deduct my money and the consultant said they cant pay me my money , I want my money and I will report them to the highest authority for their unfair practice they are doing to their client by deducting money without client permission.

I am saddened by the treatment or lack thereof from Micros. My rep/account manager is Lance and after a fire that broke out in the place of business, I requested to cancel services as from since, I have not been making use of the machinery (but am being duly billed) Lance advised that I signed a 3year contract and when I requested the digital copy, we were both in agreement that the contract would end in September 2021. When September rolled around, I again asked for the cancellation, only to be advised - by the very same Lance that I was never in a 3year contract instead a 5year contract and should I wish to cancel I would be liable to a payment of R90k plus... Mind you, the main reason for cancellation was affordability as I was releasing the business from my care. After the new info of a 5year contract, I then requested details of management as I no longer wished to communicate with an account manager who has NEVER been present. To date he has never forwarded this information, and I have now contacted Micros directly, logged a ref which has not been responded to. I was today given a Dons' landline number which doesn't exist... The biggest issue is that I continue to be debited (since January 2021) though I have not had the systems activated.. So basically Ive been held hostage by Micros, paying R8k monthly from Jan 2021 even though the machinery is NOT in use. Over and above the fact that Ive paid R80k for NOTHING, I now need to pay a further R90k plus for cancellation whereas I was advised that our contract would come to an end in September 2021

No reply to my previous complaint and it seems to be a norm according to my friends on Facebook. We may be the small fish in the sea and reached the age of 66 as pensioners BUT remember who supported you when you first started out. Now you don't seem o care. Posting difference prices for the same product Office365 through different mediums. The best is if automatic renewal is left on you wil charge me $1199 next year instead of R1199. I a so pleased I am not totallt dependent on you for my daily living other than I have lost R1199 plus R14 which you have not answered me on. The youth of today !!!!

Think twice before you purchase the Micros POS system for your business .It is totally useless for privately owned restaurants that are not franchised. You would need your own support team to make it functional (like all the franchises have). Don't get fooled by their sales pitch its a total lie......

I PURCHASED MICROSOFT FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY. SINCE 2016 WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH NO JOY. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE SINCE 8AM TODAY SPOKEN TO SALESH, MEGNA, CACY,MELANY,PRAVINE,SATHESH,PRESHANTH,ALEXANDRE AND ADRIAN. THIS IS APART FROM THE 6 TIMES THAT I WAITED IN THE QUEUE ONLY FOR THE CALL TO BE HANG UP. I DARE YOU TO LISTEN TO THE VOICE RECORDINGS OF THESE CALLS. THIS MORNING OFFICE JUST DISAPPEARED OFF MY LAPTOP. I HAVE BEEN ASKED IF I RECEIVED EMAILS REMOTELY ,,,YES I DID CANNOT GIVE THEM TO YOU AS YOUR SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING, WAS THERE AN ELECTRONICALLY CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE YES THERE WAS ...CANNOT PROVIDE THIS AS YOUR SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING. IS THIS YOUR FIRST INSTALLATION...WHICH PART OF SINCE 2016 HAVENT YOU LISTENED TO... GIVE ME YOUR PRODUCT KEY ... YOUR SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING.
