Useless microsft support

I had to log into my useless microsft email account (which I do not use) to get Facebook on my new phone. Since then. 1) My wife could not get into her microsoft email account because she had to first verify her account with a code sent to my microsoft email account. After an hour trying to get into my microsoft account 2) I had to verify my account with a code sent to my gmail account. After all that it was sorted. 3)This morning I needed to enter my wife's account. She uses a shortcut on her desktop. Now her email shortcut sent me to my useless microsoft account so trying not to lose it I sign out and through Google try to sign into her microsoft account. 4) Now again I had to verify her account with a code sent to my microsoft account and guess what, no matter what I try I can not sign into my useless microsoft account. When I first wanted to sign into her account with the shortcut it signed into my account without a problem when I tried to entered again. with with the shortcut I had to verify my account with a code sent to my gmail account. I got the code and entered it only to get a message it failed and must try again, this happened three times. Try and contact microsoft support, no chance, no support available.
