They have a very bad customer services. I ad to call multiples only to find out nothing has been done with my application. I have missed two job contracts waiting for approval as a registered assessor under the Seta. When I call from Wednesday to Friday I am told that I should call on Monday as the is no one else to help me. Suzan will be back on Monday. I would think that like Services Seta it would be very innovative but no we rely on a sole person I.e. Suzan for everything. I wouldn't blame her for incompetence as she might be overworked and bombuded with email applications. Like really I wonder if she's off sick it means will all be stuck.
