Moderator Renewal Application - (Moderator Renewal Letter)
After so many times last year I have been asking for my moderator renewal letter which has not been approved since mid last year 2025. It has been hanging on pre-approved by manager till to date. The service is very very poor!!

Service delivery issues
I did new assessor applications and everything went through but now we are waiting over month for feedback but no one gets back to use when we enquire. Our organization also app**** for an extension letter of our legacy qualifications and to date have not received it. We keep getting pushed from pillar to posted and now that we have learners to put through to exit verification, we can't because our the seta being unhelpful.

MICT Seta
I completed a Learnership with Bytes people solutions last year , it was provided through MICTSETA and the company I was sponsored by , it has been 10 months and i still haven't received my Systems support N5 certificate , I email Bytes and they tell me they have no feedback for months from MICTSETA , they cannot say who to contact and told me I can contact MICTSETA directly , I have done that and no response , I have called and a guy Zolani ( who I need to contact ) is not available . I worked for 12 months on this and it was a horrible learner ships and an even worse internship for the company who sponsored it. I just want my Systems Support N5 certificate so I can move on with life and further my studies and take on more responsibility with my work

Incompetence from Mict Seta, UIF and KMS
I am a student for in Soweto for a learnership programme with KMS (Khunjulwa Managed Services), Mict Seta and the UIF and I would like to lodge a complaint about incompetence and bridge of contact. We as learners of this learnership have not been paid for the past 3 month and this month being the Forth. We have awaited feedback from all supporting companies with failure to reply clearly but instead given run arounds about our stipends. We forever given information about placements and nothing on payments cause no one has an idea. Some of the students have reported KMS to CCMA but are told to wait for the contract to end in order to see if we will be paid our out standing balance. Apart from payment we are worried if we will by any chance receive our Certificates to show that we did a learnership with them... Since the learnership took place we have been fighting for payment, stationery, placements or the place of attendance. We ask if you can assist by looking in to these companies cause we have failed in all angles

Mict seta corruption
I'm very disappointed in how things went down regarding our 12 month course at college of cape town with funding from Mict Seta. 5 months into the course on Feb 2021 "mict seta" decided to stop the funding with no reason at all. What ****ed me off more was the fact that they started funding other skills programs at the same time our funding ended. Also the agreement and contracts was signed and stamped by the college, mict seta and the learner. If this is a government funding then why are they playing us like pawns? Or are they just another corrupt organization that only takes care of their own pockets

is it one person running all application or what?
They have a very bad customer services. I ad to call multiples only to find out nothing has been done with my application. I have missed two job contracts waiting for approval as a registered assessor under the Seta. When I call from Wednesday to Friday I am told that I should call on Monday as the is no one else to help me. Suzan will be back on Monday. I would think that like Services Seta it would be very innovative but no we rely on a sole person I.e. Suzan for everything. I wouldn't blame her for incompetence as she might be overworked and bombuded with email applications. Like really I wonder if she's off sick it means will all be stuck.

corrupted organization mict seta
mict seta is the most corrupted organization ever just like ans They have recruited this organization stallion where by they come looking for companies to host graduate,to give them experience,after one month stallion claim they do not know those poor candidates they cant pay them ,when you call mict seta they says they is nothing they can do,my question is how does government of south Africa allows such corrupted organization to rule in are our country they are stealing from the poor again ,who can we talk to ,to escalate this matter?should we phone the leader of the eff?who can we talk to for your attention for those candidate,,how can mict seta recruit poor students from school giving them hope and new opportunity ,while they know its huge scam?you cant put corrupted organization to leader are our young leaders , stop recruiting graduate promising them internships while you know you wont be able to help them ,eff pls we need your help Please note we were outsourced with 6 candidates from stallion and now they claim they only know 2 and the remaining 4 they cant pay them or offer them placement, The candidates worked the whole of June for free cause now they are advised they wont get their money i have spoken to Innocentia Mphage and she advised that as per Sla with Sita she cant as she was not aware that after the interviews the candidates were hired which we have proof via whatsup where my Manager sent to her advising that Faith shabangu came and we took her and she advised she will sent more candidate and in that whatsup she was advised we will email her their contract she did not advise that there is another way of sending the contracts to her, So now she is claiming that our company did not notify her and i mean we have no idea how this hosting works as i assume its their responsibility ti follow up with candidates , Now the people that are suffering the most is the candidates as i had to advise them not to come to work as this matter needs to be resolved and one of the candidates in question has even relocated just for this opportunity thi is heart breaking i m hoping that a solution can be reached and the candidates reimbursed for their efforts, We have informed the candidates that we will try to assist where we can so i wondering if we can get an appointment with you so the matter can be discussed further, The thing is i do not think we should held liable as we do not know anything about the process it is her company that are working directly with sita,we are just hosts and we are happy to be, If the candidates in question can be assisted with placement as well that will be highly appreciated

I contacted MICT Seta about horrible and unprofessional conduct of one of their affiliates; NCC in Newcastle, KZN it has been more than 2 weeks with no reply they are in my eyes just as unprofessional and weak minded as their affiliate.

Horrible
I contacted MICT Seta about horrible and unprofessional conduct of one of their affiliates; NCC in Newcastle, KZN it has been more than 2 weeks with no reply they are in my eyes just as unprofessional and weak minded as their affiliate.
