Vuma-Vodacom ****
Vuma-Vodacom, I have requested an upgrade on the 29/09/2025 from a package of R439 to R529 to increase the speed for work project, I sent a whatsapp to 072 389 8332(vuma) then received a whatsapp from +27 63 397 8582 the lady introduced herself as a Vuma agent them proceeded with the order, She advised that since we have Vuma at home we needed to change my cell phone number so she used her colleagues number 076 764 5211 to finalise the order she sent me easy pay number it is attached on the below attachments,also proof of payment that i made the payment on the 30/09/25 she advised i will receive a call from installation department which i did receive on same day from the number 010 900 3355 that being vuma fibre supporta gentleman introduced himself as Thabang he requested serial number for the router i provided then he advised me that he will initiate upgrade and i should receive an sms shortly(Sms never received) Went back to sales agent she gave me cell phone for Lisa her manager conversation attached,as we communicated via whatsapp she advised that she will send a request and come back to me she never did when i text as per conversation attached she started ignoring my texts and call subsequently i called her with another number she answered that was last week already, Yesterday i called Vodacom spoke to Lunwabo he advised there is no such order he tried to assist by even calling the agent that did the sale she also advised that her manager is like that and i m not the only customer she is ignoring Kindly assist me

corrupted organization mict seta
mict seta is the most corrupted organization ever just like ans They have recruited this organization stallion where by they come looking for companies to host graduate,to give them experience,after one month stallion claim they do not know those poor candidates they cant pay them ,when you call mict seta they says they is nothing they can do,my question is how does government of south Africa allows such corrupted organization to rule in are our country they are stealing from the poor again ,who can we talk to ,to escalate this matter?should we phone the leader of the eff?who can we talk to for your attention for those candidate,,how can mict seta recruit poor students from school giving them hope and new opportunity ,while they know its huge scam?you cant put corrupted organization to leader are our young leaders , stop recruiting graduate promising them internships while you know you wont be able to help them ,eff pls we need your help Please note we were outsourced with 6 candidates from stallion and now they claim they only know 2 and the remaining 4 they cant pay them or offer them placement, The candidates worked the whole of June for free cause now they are advised they wont get their money i have spoken to Innocentia Mphage and she advised that as per Sla with Sita she cant as she was not aware that after the interviews the candidates were hired which we have proof via whatsup where my Manager sent to her advising that Faith shabangu came and we took her and she advised she will sent more candidate and in that whatsup she was advised we will email her their contract she did not advise that there is another way of sending the contracts to her, So now she is claiming that our company did not notify her and i mean we have no idea how this hosting works as i assume its their responsibility ti follow up with candidates , Now the people that are suffering the most is the candidates as i had to advise them not to come to work as this matter needs to be resolved and one of the candidates in question has even relocated just for this opportunity thi is heart breaking i m hoping that a solution can be reached and the candidates reimbursed for their efforts, We have informed the candidates that we will try to assist where we can so i wondering if we can get an appointment with you so the matter can be discussed further, The thing is i do not think we should held liable as we do not know anything about the process it is her company that are working directly with sita,we are just hosts and we are happy to be, If the candidates in question can be assisted with placement as well that will be highly appreciated
