Paid money into my account to book a shipment, funds not showing, now have to wait for it before I can continue, had to make other arrangements, will be requesting a refund.
Firstly I will begin with the fact that my credit score is quite high, 667 out of 740, and I don't have any bad records as payments go, yet Mobicred declined my application. The second problem is after I have reached out via WhatsApp chat I was informed that my account would be reset and I would receive a notification...this never happened, now lastly I have reached out again on WhatsApp, only to be ignored for 2 days, and after checking my phone during the day I see they 'started' the chat and also ended it after 10 min of no reply, had I known they would now all of a sudden get back to me I would be keeping an eye out, Mobicred has now lost all my interest and trust, I will also be telling all my clients to avoid this waste of time.
Have been ordering from Wootware for a few years now, never a bad experience, I put place an order, pay and they send it out the same day. always willing to help. I will keep using Wootware.
Went well for a while, queries and such was never really tended to with any real sense, always “phone technical support “ and spending alot of wasted time and airtime on calls that was either cut off or never really being able to assist me
Bought a knife a while ago and I have been using it daily, I do not easily write reviews, but The Knife guy is great, would recommend them every time.
Sent an email requesting an update on my order 2 days after it was placed, no reply, phone them where a guy said they are shipping it that day, a week later still nothing and no reply. This is just bad, really bad service.
I contacted MICT Seta about horrible and unprofessional conduct of one of their affiliates; NCC in Newcastle, KZN it has been more than 2 weeks with no reply they are in my eyes just as unprofessional and weak minded as their affiliate.
Brilliant online computer atore no problems with them have bought from them multiple times.
Good day my name is Francois Odendaal ,I would like to report unprofessional and highly upsetting conduct and procedures of one of your registered affiliates; National Computer College in Newcastle. I was a student at this institute for quite a while I did my A+ course at this institute and attempted to do the technical support course, the A+ course took well over a year to complete due to constant absence of either students or facilitator, study materials that were not available and we had to wait for, but after 1 year of wasting time i received my A+ qualification. I then tried to further my studies by enrolling in the 18 month Technical support course which fared well over 2 years without even reaching the halfway mark in the course the reasons again being absence of students and long extended absence of the facilitator as well as the study material not being available when we did indeed have class. The classes we did have did not consist of very much learning as we had to do most of our learning and work from home and the very few modules that I completed were done so on my own time and not in class. I expressed my concerns multiple times without any real action being taken. I was also given a post as a facilitator by Vishay Maharaj after the first year into my own course to give the same course i was still studying and only then realized how the facilitation was supposed to be, and i started receiving a number of complaints from my employer about 5 months into my employment accusing me of "not doing my job correctly" and accusations of racism that was never warranted by the pupils i was giving class to. After consideration and their branch manager(Vishay Maharaj) trying to make corrections to compensate for my wasted time I decided to ask for a refund by formal letter to which the manager said that i would have to prove my allegations and even then i would not receive a full refund due to "training i have already received" this is unacceptable as i have no qualification to show for a wasted 2 years i then proceeded to threaten them with court cases and contacting Mictseta in this regard to which the manager said i should follow up and i am thus writing this email and I am in the process of opening a court case and going to my local advertiser to express my concerns. I do understand that this institute used to be of quality but i do believe that has changed drastically
Just came from the KFC in the food court at newcastle mall where we got to the front of the line and stood there where after the woman in front refused to help us but instead helps another person who came in after us we asked for service to which she replies; “but he was first” we then spoke to another employee but got a blank stare instead of service. Best part is that would have been the first time ever that we would have bought from them
