Absolute trash!
I wish I could rate it zero stars but unfortunately I cant. I placed an order online a week ago. No communication from them in when my order will get delivered. Items on website shows in-stock when I placed order, after 3 days I emailed to find out where it is they tell me they're out of stock. Ask for an replacement or refund, got no feedback. They completely ignore my emails and calling doesn't work either! Absolute worst experience of my life. I recommend not buy from their online stores at all! You'll waste your time and money.

No feedback
I have purchased an item at your store and it's been over 2 weeks without a feedback from them. I tried calling multiple times without a response. And I have already sent them a proof of payment. As a paying customer this is not something I expected, I was expecting professionalism, loyalty but there's none. How do you expect customers to trust you when there is no trust or loyalty. And I have even asked for a refund still no response.

I have purchased an item at your store and it's been over 2 weeks without a feedback from them. I tried calling multiple times without a response. And I have already sent them a proof of payment. False advertising
If I could give zero I would. These guys advertise false prices on shopping platforms like Amazon, a few days later they cancel the order. This is false advertising, and they should be held accountable for their actions.

Customer Support Poor, FALSE DELIVERY PROMISES
Do not buy from their online store if you’re in a rush. At checkout it says delivery will take 1–3 days for main metro areas, but that’s not true. I bought an item as a present, and here I am on day 4 the order still in prep stage...and im left trying to get through to them. Customer support is very poor. Had I known it would take this long, I would have just bought the item from Takealot instead. Really frustrating experience.

DISAPPOINTED AT THE GATEWAY STORE
I recently visited the store, and was not impressed at all, the staff displayed stubbornness with a depressed mood, NO SMILE AT ALL!!! I approached a lady in the store ilene or Irene and asked her what new funko pops do they have. All she could tell me is that “what ever is on the shelf is what we got”. How is that customer service? Then I responded and asked her what chase editions or limited editions does she have and the response was “ i do not know what that is” This is the 2nd time I walked into a store with staff that is not knowledgeable at all and have a don’t give a damn attitude- prior to this, when I visited the store the Indian gentleman was staring into his phone and not acknowledging me at all. Never experienced this ever before. Really need to improve in staff.

Speedy delivery!
They exceeded my expectations! I desperately needed my laptop to be delivered on the same day I ordered it as I work from home, I called their head office and by 12:30 the laptop was ready for collection at their Malvern Park branch! I 100% recommend them and so far I’ve had no issues with the machine.
