I received bad service in China mall bought child tablets in December 2025 and it lasted only 3 days then started to freeze, I went to the shop they still exchanged and gv me the same brand it worked almost a week it did the same thing and they advised that warranty is 6 months but now they refuse to fix or change it, how do you sit with something that is not working while it's within the warranty, and your not a happy client, my child can't navigate it at all because it keeps freezing

Never do business with game4u and happypay I have asked for refund to cancel an item ( I have not received even) and which they did but I still seeing on happypay that I need to pay for it.

I placed an order with Game4U on 1 April and received no communication for several days. After following up myself, I was told that the item I ordered was actually not in stock — something that should have been communicated upfront. I was then promised a refund, which was supposedly scheduled for Friday last week. Since then, I have called multiple times (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and again this week), and every time I get no real answers and no resolution. The refund has still not been processed. It has now been a significant amount of time since I placed the order, and I am still without either the product or my money. This is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, inaccurate stock information, and failure to issue a refund in a reasonable timeframe. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Game4U. Based on my experience, you may end up chasing your own money. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

I had bought a phone with them and when I called I get agents telling me that their electricity is off. I spoke to different call centre agents and I still have no feedback. I emailed my proof of payment and paid on the 2nd of April. The guys that I keep speaking with in the call centre is clearly not in the mood and not helpful. I paid a lot of money for this cellphone but I still haven’t heard how how is my new phone. I keep having to buy airtime for them to call but they not calling me back. This is not my first time using game 4 u, last time I bought a laptop it turned out to be ****** and it was locked after 3 days and I returned it. Now this l!!!!!
