I ordered an iPhone 12 online and when it arrived, I then had to return it to the physical shop as the phone had a keyboard fault. After a few days a lady from the business called me asking if I want another phone or refund. I then opted for a refund. Tell me why this is actually the third week of me waiting for the refund and when I try calling them it's either they don't answer or they make excuses.
