I bought an IPhone 11 in December, delivery was within the time frame provided and it's working perfectly fine and I'm a happy client ☺️
I received bad service in China mall bought child tablets in December 2025 and it lasted only 3 days then started to freeze, I went to the shop they still exchanged and gv me the same brand it worked almost a week it did the same thing and they advised that warranty is 6 months but now they refuse to fix or change it, how do you sit with something that is not working while it's within the warranty, and your not a happy client, my child can't navigate it at all because it keeps freezing
I've puchased very easily and the device was delivered withing the time frame and like my iPhone I don't have any issues so far with it. 😁
Good day I had a query,I've been send pillar to post by the shop and by the call center and I received a call lately that this matter is being attended and the lady only attended my issue for sim swap except debit order issue and insurance, the issue here is that when you make a contact phone insurance, data and airtime is added on 1 contact when u cancel they just come later to say insurance is separate why was I be informed of such, it means customer must struggle due to people that don't do their work, I requested my contact to be closed in December but this has never been attended too, as I'm being debited since from the date I requested closure. even today and Im still being charged for unpaid debit order returns and my name become negative affected, so who can I escalate this matter to because I'm sick and tired with all this now ,can this matter be attended this is now the 4 month without joy,Ref Num 13305582.
I have settled my contract on the 30th November 2023 I've paid them settlement balance of 1402 as I called to check how much I owe them and closed my account, Telkom even closed my sim card without letting me know, when I called to find out about my sim card being suspended and closed they advised me to visit the branch and re open my sim, I've been to protea Glen mall and spoke to 1 of the consultant there she then advised me that, they will never re open my sim again they canceled it together with my contract, then I gave up on my sim and bored new sim card, so now I have a new problem from them they still deducting instament for the very month data and airtime for sim card that I no longer have and I'm being over charged in my cheque account for unpaid transactions they cause, I went to Glen mall again to find out why are they still continue to debit me yet they advised me they don't know, I even called their customer service to find out they advised me about the billing which happened after I have settled the contact.so all I need from telkom is to return back all the intrest they caused in my account and stop debiting me something I do not assign for.
Dissatisfied with Homechoice I am very angry with the poor service that i received from Home choice, after how long that i logged the query with the faulty couch and already paying for something that am not happy with ,they came and fetch them and nothing was done they told me to pay access to be fixed but I'm busy paying for them, will never recommend anyone to purchase anything there they respond back to the email after 3 months.
