Very efficient when logging a call. The waiting time is less than a mjnute
the company is struggling to consolidate only two invoices to give me a refund. it has been over a month that no one seems to know what exactly is happening. Every time i send an email i get a call from someone just to ask me what the refund is all about and promise to get back to me. it is so annoying having to explain myself over and over. i guess this is my last time buying from them.
I have a data contract that i do need anymore because i do not afford it. The contract is 10G for about R140pm and it does not come with any device. I was given a quote of R5175 just to cancel it. i have had the contract for about 4 months only. I am being charge for data that i will not be getting. This does not make sense at all its a reep-off and unfair business practice. From my experience most companies only charge admin fee for early cancellation of a contract and maybe add the remaining amount for the device not what i being expected to pay.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Budget Insurance for about 3 months now but each time i contact them they put me through to a financial adviser who insist on advising me and offering me a better premium and asking me details of my new contract with a different provider. First month i reversed the premium with the bank and send an email to budget but instead Budget sent me an SMS that they will be debiting two days before the agreed date which is really an inconvenience. Month two indeed they debited two days before and when i call them i was told to call the bank as their processes take long. I called the bank they reverse the money again and issued the stop order. Month 3 Budget went against the stop order and debited my account again with a different reference number. This is very wrong and it costs money to place a stop order and a serious inconvenience to have money debited from my account two days before i get paid. This is illegal what Budget is doing. I cant go back and forth each month trying to reverse the debit order.
<p>It took about two months for new script to be loaded on the system amd get the medication delivered. Eventually the medication was delivered on the 22 Dec 2016 which can only last a month. On the 16 Jan 2017 I made a call to find out out abt the next delivery and I ws promised friday the 20th. Friday came and passed without delivery and when I followed up I ws told an urgent delivery will be made on monday 23rd. Today my meds cannot be delivered because there the script was not loaded by dischem. I took my last tablets last night. So ths morning I could nt take any medication amd there is still no confirmation that tomorrow delivery will take place</p>
