Yesterday, the 09th of January 2026, I have bad experience with FNB when I came in to ask about service charges on my FNB account. At the beginning I was attended by a lady who handled me nicely as as customer and she escalated me to a gentleman who some rude when he says to he will not repeat himself when I ask similar question more than once. He seems to have no knowledge about what I actually needed, He was very rude sometimes. I have never experienced such a bad service on other branches but the FNB Crompton branch must educate their standing consultants about customer care. Not this ******* gentleman who handled me yesterday.
After so many times last year I have been asking for my moderator renewal letter which has not been approved since mid last year 2025. It has been hanging on pre-approved by manager till to date. The service is very very poor!!
