I am a student for in Soweto for a learnership programme with KMS (Khunjulwa Managed Services), Mict Seta and the UIF and I would like to lodge a complaint about incompetence and bridge of contact. We as learners of this learnership have not been paid for the past 3 month and this month being the Forth. We have awaited feedback from all supporting companies with failure to reply clearly but instead given run arounds about our stipends. We forever given information about placements and nothing on payments cause no one has an idea. Some of the students have reported KMS to CCMA but are told to wait for the contract to end in order to see if we will be paid our out standing balance. Apart from payment we are worried if we will by any chance receive our Certificates to show that we did a learnership with them... Since the learnership took place we have been fighting for payment, stationery, placements or the place of attendance. We ask if you can assist by looking in to these companies cause we have failed in all angles
