Payed for treatments and beverages not provided

I booked my sister, mother and aunt for a day at the Mid Isle Day Spa. They arrived earlier and treatments started early, part of the package included a Jacuzzi and cocktail drinks which were not provided for, but they were left out in the sun for 30mins and when they enquire were told time has elapsed. on top of all other guests were given basket gifts and they only received lotions and stuff. Mind the fact that they arrived early they were told they cant wait for me to pick them up at the Spa instead were chased out like dogs. I personal find that unacceptable and something needs to be done with institutions that give their own clients such treatments.<br> <br> Date of treatment: 25 April 2015<br> Number of guests: 3<br> Package: Isle de-Surf
