Continued debiting monthly payment after cancelled services - Stealing
We've cancelled this insurance however they are still illegally debiting the monthly payments and won't stop. This insurer is basically stealing poor and needy people's money. ABSA bank also can't stop and dispute debit because they say its TFGV account. Customer Name: Selina Tenyane

Racism at Spur
The manager is biased, we arrived early and were watching soccer however upon arrival of certain customers the channel was changed to rugby in the middle of the match and rugby hadn't even started. We then requested a change in channel when rugby went on a break, however we were informed that the manager names Batista refused. Needless to say, we won't be making use of such institutions anymore.

Dial Direct App disappointment
This dial direct app is not work properly for payback customers, sometimes it doesn’t calculate a valid trip and at times gives you an incorrect score. Think the insurer is trying to rip its customers off their rightful earned rewards

Theft At Copperleaf Golf Club
On Wednesday the 13th I was booked to play and afterwards planned to shower, however the club didn’t have towels hence I couldn’t. I then took my bag with to the restaurant section for the price giving and I forgot the bag under the table when enquiring the following day I’m told no one knows about it and the GM and Director now tell me that the cameras went off and they can’t see what happened to the bag. In essence it means the club is not safe, players and member’s belongings are not safe at Copperleaf and can get stolen and management endorsed it.

Vodacom suspense services for no reason
Good Day On the 23rs of November 2020 I called Vodacom to give them notification of termination of contract as my contract was to end 08 December, the lady called Vanessa advised that the contract will terminate end of December 2020 and the last installment will be that of the December 2020. To my surprise on the 24th I wake up to a suspended line and when I call the service provider I'm told no one can assist me because my account in NOT in arrears, which is something I am full aware of hence my confusion. From what I can pick up the lady purposefully deleted my number from the Vodacom network and now it does not work at all. Please note that my reason for wanting out of the this contract was data going missing randomly without explanation and constant Vodacom challenges. But my biggest challenge was a financial one which I tried to explain to Vanessa on numerous occasions during our call. Please help me sort out my issue as I'm currently without a functional line because of someone's incompetence.

Samsung Buy and Get Fake Promotion 2019
This buy and get Samsung Promotion doesn't work. I brought a washing machine in December 2019 and completed all details and emailed all necessary documents but someone called Franky from the Samsung Buy and Get promotion keeps indicating my details are incorrect even with a screen shot of the details. This promotion is fake and misleading customers into buying their products.

I bought a premium salad at Nandos Lifestyle in Centurion, when I got to the office I discovered the salad didn't have olives but was sprinkled with some herbs, where in that salad ingredients did they include herbs?

Payed for treatments and beverages not provided
I booked my sister, mother and aunt for a day at the Mid Isle Day Spa. They arrived earlier and treatments started early, part of the package included a Jacuzzi and cocktail drinks which were not provided for, but they were left out in the sun for 30mins and when they enquire were told time has elapsed. on top of all other guests were given basket gifts and they only received lotions and stuff. Mind the fact that they arrived early they were told they cant wait for me to pick them up at the Spa instead were chased out like dogs.
