I am a disgruntled employee and I’m not the only one. Office relationships shouldn’t be allowed in the work space especially with the boss! She is getting unfair treatment and this is not the environment I signed up for. I will take my clients and leave if this persists. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Shame on you Nicholas Wentworth! Shame on you Mike Wentworth! Shame on you Amber Herman! And shame on the test of management for sitting back and allowing this inappropriate behaviour continue. This could very well be the fall of Midacor. Many people in the industry know what’s going on and it’s leaving a BITTER taste in everyone’s mouth.

Midacor Property Group is a sham. Making promises and “deals” that cannot be kept. Not to mention the behind the scenes. The Principal is romantically involved with the one of his employees, a very young Amber Herman (barely 20 if I might add). Barely capable of doing her job. Favoured, however, because she shares a bed with the “boss”. Putting other employees second, third and fourth. The morals of this company are questionable and from person experience, I would recommend staying far away from this company! I was dealing with a bunch of young people with not nearly enough experience. In order for this company to survive, older management need to step in, take control and and be mindful of what’s happening behind the scenes - particularly the inappropriate romantic relationship between principal and a very young employee!
