poor customer service

27/03/15 been to the midlands hospital cos wife was having a hard time to breath, had to make out a file with still no treatment waited for an hour +- for doc to see her. My wife has a serious illness SLE which at any stage she gets sick we need to admit her to keep her in good health. So before the doc examines her the nurse informs him of wifes situtation cos we were there for b4 for a similar sickness and dey knew how to treat her. The doc does her check up diagnose her wud the flu n says she must go hm after injection. So we spoke to nurse to tell her dat wife doesn't have the flu and dey need to admit her to do a observation. The doc den returns after awhile after been told again of the situtation to cum and tell us in a sacastic way \I'm sorry I'm gona book u a bed for your flu"with is attitude towards us we left with no treatment which was med for a prescription for cough mixture from a pharmacy. As we were leaving the nurse stop us to try an resolve the issue and the best thing dey cud do is get sumone from controll room to tell us he will take it up"
