Rude instructor
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent driving lesson with instructor Oscar. he pushed me to drive faster than I was comfortable with, which made me feel rushed and confused. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

Went to sort out change of ownership for my vehicle. Station opened at 07:30am. Joined the wrong queue at first but then realized maybe I needed to ask first. Stated my case in the second queue, was given the forms to fill with my sections clearly marked and told to bring the forms back to the desk when done. Was then given a number and told to wait in another queue. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Four stars for possibly not having clear directions for customers, but I have no reason to complain about service - maybe the next time around.

Proffesionsal Service received from Midrand Testing station
I just want to take my hat off for the Professionalism shown by this station. I had a very BAD service from Langlaagte Testing station when I wanted to do my PDP. But when I got a slot at Midrand, the service that I got from there was so good that I wish they were closer to my place. I just hope that they can continue providing the service that I got to all other people visiting them. Landsgate workers thinks the world rotates around them and don't care about people. Few of them are good, especially the tall guy who is doing eye tests. He really knows how Batho Pele Principles works. So Midrand staff, keep on doing great.

Midrand Testing Centre
These people are rude, unwilling to help and very loud. They do not follow all rules according to the K53 driving test book and speak uncontrollably loudly on the phone while taking your drivers test.
