Went to sort out change of ownership for my vehicle. Station opened at 07:30am. Joined the wrong queue at first but then realized maybe I needed to ask first. Stated my case in the second queue, was given the forms to fill with my sections clearly marked and told to bring the forms back to the desk when done. Was then given a number and told to wait in another queue. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Four stars for possibly not having clear directions for customers, but I have no reason to complain about service - maybe the next time around.
