Modriver estate incompetence and Peter

They are prejudice and give no service at least poor service would be better. No one takes accountability especially Peter the supposed building manager. He's very rude and incompetent. We've even taken them on the legal route and won due to their lack of accountability.

They need to be reviewed by the EAAB. They have installed systems that fraud tenants of their money
