Incorrect reporting of records

MIE has incorrectly reported a ******** record that was legally expunged during a recent background check.

I am in possession of an official Expungement Certificate, yet this information was still disclosed, causing prejudice and delays in my employment process.

An expunged record should not be reported or re**** upon, and its disclosure raises serious concerns regarding accuracy, fairness, and POPIA compliance. I am requesting that MIE urgently investigate and correct the report, and confirm in writing that no ******** record exists.
