Terrible call centre service from Daniel

Worst service, I have ever received from Daniel. He blatantly told me that MIE does not need my business. This is the problem when businesses have no competition and think they have a monopoly. It will not last if you do not keep your service up. I called at 12:50. Funny enough after Daniel none of my calls were being answered and would go from hold to being hung up.
