QUALIFICATION VERIFICATION
I am totally disappointed in the fact that these documents that were verified by MIE is not accepted by Dirco, which you referred me to MIE. Dirco doesn't even know who MIE is so it is a total waste of money and time. Please do not refer anyone else to them. YET WHEN CALLING INTO mie THEY CONFIRMED DIRCO ACCEPTS THESE VERIFICATIONS. I PAID MONIES TO HAVE DOCUMENTS VERIFIED ONLY TO BE TOLD THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED BY DIRCO. TO TOP IT ALL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REFERRED ME TO MIE PLEASE GO STRAIGHT TO SAQA AND UMALUSI TO HAVE DOCUMENTS VERIFIED

Jessica de beer, she is not helping
Good day Can you please remove my name in your data base because someone use my id number to certificate that I don’t know , account that I don’t know I.g virgin active , I was talking Jessica de beer she is not helping head of operations, please some from higher standard office please help me , I don’t who is using my name on the wrong things , I paid Edgar’s store R2500 I don’t know that account because I’m trying apply for new car.

Terrible call centre service from Daniel
Worst service, I have ever received from Daniel. He blatantly told me that MIE does not need my business. This is the problem when businesses have no competition and think they have a monopoly. It will not last if you do not keep your service up. I called at 12:50. Funny enough after Daniel none of my calls were being answered and would go from hold to being hung up.

Shocking service
I paid for credits and sent the proof of payment for this to the accounts department on Monday and 4 days later the credits were still not loaded on our account. When I sent an email to Charlotte Seaborne in the accounts department as well as to the general accounts mail I get no response. I then today have to follow up again to beg for credits that were paid for 5 days ago to be loaded. When I get through to Charlotte she interrupts me and tells me "yes well I have not gone through my emails yet" and that there is an issue on their side that no one felt the need to address or get sorted out. Poor customer service from her and her complete lack of enthusiasm or professionalism when dealing with a Client. Not the first issue I have had with MIE and their lack of service or professionalism from staff.

MIE - Ridiculous fees
In order to get your academic transcripts from the University of Pretoria you have to go through MIE. The University has outsourced this service to MIE and they charge an astounding fee of R920 to produce these documents. In addition, if you need it couriered internationally they charge R1000. There is no other way to get your UP academic transcripts. This company (MIE) which ironically has the word 'integrity' in its name, capitalises on this situation by charging such an incredible fee. Considering that they are the only ones that can produce academic transcripts for UP alumni they simply charge whatever staggering fee they feel they can get away with. Does the University of Pretoria get a rebate from this?

Good day My niece got a job at Nandos and everything went well but now when they did the credit and background check he found bad but what suprises us its that he doesn't have a credit record because he never worked before he finished matric...ID NO ********** 571083

What do you call it when you pay for a service and dont get it - Fraud?
<p>I paid to have a background check (Criminal and Media check) done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained that I was unlawfully arrested and that they must please take that into account when doing the search. I also explained that if I do a search for myself on Google I get very incriminating posts that has no basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the results back and to my surprise MIE did not uncover any Media or criminal evidence on the search they performed. They did not even take my initial comments into account.</p> <p> </p> <p>What did I pay for if they do not actually do anthing from their side to search high and low to uncover any and all traces that could incriminate me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took it up with them and was told they search your "Name and Surname" if that does not uncover anything on the first page of hits they stop their search as any other criteria will have too many hits to go through.</p> <p> </p> <p>The other manager I tried to mail did not even respond to my email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely attrocious service to say the least.</p>
