Review for Auto Pedigree Brackenfell I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and communication from Auto Pedigree Brackenfell. The bakkie I purchased has had problems from day one, and despite providing a detailed list of these issues to the sales consultant, I have received no feedback or resolution. I have repeatedly expressed the urgency of resolving these problems as I have a contract dependent on this bakkie. If I am without it for another day, I will lose this contract. Despite my urgent pleas, there has been no feedback from regional manager Trish Botha, branch manager Nego Adams, or assistant manager Antonio. On the evening of July 12th, I waited for the delivery of the bakkie, which never came. When I contacted them, I was told to wait until Monday because the workshop was closed. The lack of communication and assistance from Trish Botha is particularly frustrating. She has not contacted us to advise on the way forward, and overall, she has not been helpful at all. It seems the management team is playing a blame game, with one manager saying they thought another would get back to me. I was told not to contact them, that they would contact me, but I have received no positive feedback or resolution. To make matters worse, today the bakkie doesn't drive at all and is now standing immobile after being driven to their premises. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, their service and communication are severely lacking, and they do not prioritize their customers' needs. PATHETIC SERVICES NO COURTESY CAR NO BAKKIE AS A REPLACEMENT EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW YOU WORKING WITH THE VEHICLE.
I am totally disappointed in the fact that these documents that were verified by MIE is not accepted by Dirco, which you referred me to MIE. Dirco doesn't even know who MIE is so it is a total waste of money and time. Please do not refer anyone else to them. YET WHEN CALLING INTO mie THEY CONFIRMED DIRCO ACCEPTS THESE VERIFICATIONS. I PAID MONIES TO HAVE DOCUMENTS VERIFIED ONLY TO BE TOLD THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED BY DIRCO. Firstly if I could give Sterns a zero rating I would. The poor pathetic services rendered by Lee and the Management of Sterns words are not able to express. Lee Sold me a phone on the grounds that if I had any problem Tecno consultants would exchange without hesitation. Never once did she mention that it's a Vodacom problem and should anything happen I would have to wait on Vodacom to provide Feedback. I have emailed head office and was advised that a manager would contact me or the consultant busy with the query would contact me. Gail at head office or wherever she is mentioned someone will call me. After several emails and calls, I was told I will have to wait until Vodacom provides feedback. When phoning Vodocam the gentleman says his busy with a crisis I will have to wait for his call. 1) What they told me when they sold the product was a whole different story when I took the phone in. 2) I left 3 messages for Lee to call me and she never did. 3) My husband went into the store a second time and also left a message for her to call me which never happened. When I eventually got hold of her she said she never got any messages. 4) I clearly told the consultant who picked up the phone it was urgent. 5) My son was with me when I bought his phone and what she told me is Techno has no problem with exchanging a phone if it gives problems. Now I hear it has to go to Vodacom and they will have to ascertain what will happen. 6) Techno consultant she couldn't get hold of and Vodacom and on top of this she says she couldn't get hold of head office. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth dealing and stressing with people or a big Company that really seems *********** to sort this out. Not if Sterns were the last Shop standing would I ever do business with them.
# days later and I still don't have my luggage. Then you deal with a terrible Manager Wondwossen Marou (Mr.) Traffic & Sales Manager Cape Town Wondwossen Marou (Mr.) That puts the phone down and doesn't have manners at all. I would not like to deal with them ever again.
