Poor treatment of customers especially their Ops manager. Avoid this mall if you can. I'm parked at the mall sending an email about to go to MTN to buy a charger and they literally say I must leave cause I'm on my laptop. AVOID THIS MALL AT ALL COST.

Westgate Mall Crossovershop are ****mers. They **** me. When you Laybuy sneakers they gave you a wrong size after that they don't want to refund you. The Indian Guy at the Counter he's so Rasist when you're black. They didn't train them how to talk to a Customer. And the Fat guy at the counter called Sifiso he's so rude he came and tell me there's nothing I can't do he's the owner of the shop. They **** me R2700 be aware Guys of that shop. Only have proof of payment only. Crossovershop at Westgate Mall they will **** you. Crossovershop owner please I want my money. In future please hired someone who know how to talk to a Customer. Don't just take someone in the street and give him a position it will affect your business.

Westgate Mall Crossovershop are ****mers. They **** me. When you Laybuy sneakers they gave you a wrong size after that they don't want to refund you. My husband and I came to the mall to buy food mind you it is cold outside so we just put on our gowns, as we were approaching the shop we wanted to buy food from, the two security officials came to us a lady and a guy and they told us we not allowed in the mall with pajamas *** we just came to buy food and since when is that a rule there is no signs stating this rule, not even on the website so I want to know why were told to turn around, I am very disappointed and don't appreciate this we also tried calling management but whoever answered the phone could not hear anything apparently, I will be putting out a post everywhere on social media regarding this everywhere until we get answers.

Long ques and the staff are rude to the customers. I was in a line for laybye out, I got moved from the main line to the line for payments and laybye. Only to b told that I can't cancel or exchange a laybye when it's my turn to be helped. I had to move to the line that I was on again both cashiers were rude and on my case. Nonku and Kele and that time I'm 6 months pregnant. While on the line system goes offline they didn't care to tell us what's going on. The service of this store is ****.

Shout out to Westgate Shopping Mall staff. I went to the shop today after work to buy some few items since is that time of the month. I didn't have cash or bank card with me but only a picture of a voucher that my sister bought for m . But unfortunately they were unable to help me since I didn't have a physical card with me and according to their process and procedure they needed a physical card not a picture of a receipt or a picture of a voucher card. They called almost 3 supervisors to discuss about how can they assist me. They were all willing help and sharing ideas how can they assist me but unfortunately it was not possible. They called Gugulethu(Management) she also felt for me but the process wouldn't allow them to help me without a card. I forgot the 3 names of the supervisors on shift but I really appreciate their customers service. Gugulethu(management) said I can see ur deparate. And I told her I need 2 items bacause i need to go use it wen I get home and she was like lets go I will buy for you. Wow....... I was in tears since I was really despate but I didn't want to show her. She understood my situation and say, it's owk sis I will help you. Thank you Gugulethu and the team. Job well done.

What is the sense of having disabled parking and able bodied people take up the space with no shame. Car guard and security guard stated not their problem. The sign clearly states wheel clamping in effect. I eventually spoke to the center management who promised to handle it. Westgate Mall I will rather travel out of Mitchell's Plain to proper shopping centers where disabled parking rules are strictly app****.

Firstly if I could give Sterns a zero rating I would. The poor pathetic services rendered by Lee and the Management of Sterns words are not able to express. Lee Sold me a phone on the grounds that if I had any problem Tecno consultants would exchange without hesitation. Never once did she mention that it's a Vodacom problem and should anything happen I would have to wait on Vodacom to provide Feedback. I have emailed head office and was advised that a manager would contact me or the consultant busy with the query would contact me. Gail at head office or wherever she is mentioned someone will call me. After several emails and calls, I was told I will have to wait until Vodacom provides feedback. When phoning Vodocam the gentleman says his busy with a crisis I will have to wait for his call. 1) What they told me when they sold the product was a whole different story when I took the phone in. 2) I left 3 messages for Lee to call me and she never did. 3) My husband went into the store a second time and also left a message for her to call me which never happened. When I eventually got hold of her she said she never got any messages. 4) I clearly told the consultant who picked up the phone it was urgent. 5) My son was with me when I bought his phone and what she told me is Techno has no problem with exchanging a phone if it gives problems. Now I hear it has to go to Vodacom and they will have to ascertain what will happen. 6) Techno consultant she couldn't get hold of and Vodacom and on top of this she says she couldn't get hold of head office. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth dealing and stressing with people or a big Company that really seems *********** to sort this out. Not if Sterns were the last Shop standing would I ever do business with them.
