Poor treatment of customers especially their Ops manager. Avoid this mall if you can. I'm parked at the mall sending an email about to go to MTN to buy a charger and they literally say I must leave cause I'm on my laptop. AVOID THIS MALL AT ALL COST.
I called the OMF call center to unblock my phone because I did a Sim swop and couldn't log in my banking app. I then went to Eastgate Mall and the staff were clueless what to do. I've sent emails to their Money Account division again clueless. I still don't have access to my banking app because everyone is clueless of their own systems.
Absolute garbage service, debited my account R800 to deinstall a tracker device in order to put it on a new vehicle. I've sent them numerous emails and they don't even bother replying. If you stop paying they will blacklist you cause they have a BS contract. Once they've gotten your business they never ever help.
Such pathetic treatment of customers. I called this establishment I was advised I don't have to book, I can just walk in. When I got there 30 minutes early. I was told to wait for everyone else to go in before they attended unbooked customers. Never coming here again. To add insult to injury they were letting in unbooked other races who aren't Africans. Disgusting racists.
Pathetic service at incredible connections Clearwater Mall. I went there to take out a laptop on contract. It's been two weeks my application is pending and the ONLY time I got feedback was when I physically went to the shop to enquire about the status of my application. Incredible connection this is a poor reflection as you as a company. Such nonsense service. Wasted my time. And I would never purchase anything ever again in your whole organization.
I was denied entry to the club because "my account is in arrears". I stay 30km away from the club and woke up in the Ams only to be told I cannot access the club, a club that I pay for every month and is up to date Nomfundo and Kagiso made me stand at reception for almost 30 minutes, me showing them proof of payment and going through my bank statement showing them I pay every month. They still persisted to embarrass me in front of other patrons. They finally decided to let me in and at this point I was very annoyed I went back home, 60km. Please fix my account 083 447 6033 and improve the competence levels of your staff through training, this including your useless call centres and the get in touch email because I sent them soo many coms regarding my account. Useless
Horrible service and regret making a booking through them, especially during this time when people are traveling. I made a booking via the Old Mutual App, money was deducted from my account but no booking confirmation has been given to me. They don't pick up their phone calls, don't respond to emails, the whatsapp service they set up is useless including their website platform. It's been three days of trying to get my confirmation via email, phone calls and their website needs a reference number to proceed, guess what I don't have no ****** reference number because you haven't given me one. If you want to book a flight, a bus etc don't use these guys! I need to be in JHB but have no idea what's going on. I don't even have money to book a bus ticket and ask for a refund at a later date. This company will frustate you!!
This query is directed to Old Mutual Finance Money Account division. I requested a two proof of payment documents from the call centre via email and its been over a week and nothing has been done, meantime I am receiving charges fro for the the vendor who claims not to have received my two payments. Instead OMF keep on asking me to fill in information but never really do anything. To add insult to injury they promised me to send the documents I requested to my email address. Still nothing has been done. I've come to expect such poor service from them.
What pathetic service, harassment and racism and all things disturbing from one of your clubs in Roodepoort, Horizon. Virgin active if I could cancel my membership I would after the blatant disregard for me as your client. This morning 21st June 2021 as normal I started my day at one of your club in Horizon, Roodepoort. After finishing my set I left the gym and it seemed I did not have my mask on, and when I was literally at the door. The two ladies who were at reception (the one seems to be in her fifties and the other with braids on) shouted violently and angrily at me to put on my mask as if I'm some school child. Bare in mind there were a few patrons white patrons who also left the gym this morning but were not humiliated like I was. And this is not the first time these two ladies have disrespected me. The first occasion I reported that I had forgotten my gym towel the previous day and asked them kindly to check the lost and found for me, when I came back from my session they didn't even bother to check and they basically harassed me to a point I didn't even enquire about my forgotten item even up to this day. This time they exhibited racism, unprofessionalism and a lack of training when dealing with clients and it's shocking from a brand I've trusted for so many years. And I understand that we are dealing with a pandemic and we need to follow all protocols, but you can observe protocol while being professional with your clients or the least being rude and vile to white and black members. Can you please train the two women!
<p>So I went to replace my 2 front tyres at Bluff tyres, (Jacobs branch, Durban).. I initiall phoned them to check the prices and availability, I was happy with what they quoted me for, I drove from PMB only for them to tell me the initial price they quoted me 750 each was incorrect and that the tyre type was 1.2K.. No worries I paid for them and went out, on the same day, I didn't even drive for that long and on the freeway the tyre exploded and almost lost my life due to a faulty product (note I didnt hit anything) I took the tyre back the next day, and was rudely treated by the manager Gary who fought with me saying I must have hit something, note I don't have any issues with my eye sight I'm a 29 year old healthy man and that accusations were literally belittling. Anyways they took the tyre and advised me they will get back to me once insurance came back from insurance with a report, I've been phoning Nivash an employee almost weekly for feedback and I'm yet to receive my tyre back or way forward!!! Iplan tell everyone I make contact with of this story with the hope that people are not hard done by buying reject goods from an implied credible supplier.</p>
