The best service ever by Sis Dolly from Jet Ellof street in Gauteng. She was not helping me but, I was on the queue also waiting to pay. The customer that she was assisting was very rude but she assisted her with the smile and continued to make a conversation. Sis Dolly deserves her flowers. She also helped the lady to choose the best special since she was buying perfumes. So proud of you sis. Continue doing what you good at.
Poor Customer Service. I am not happy with the service I got at PEP JHB KERK. I went there yesterday to collect my parcel that was send on Monday. me a receiver I didn't get a notification which I don't know why but I believe maybe the cellphone number was capture incorrectly. but when I spoke to the sender, she was able to trace it from her site and told me that the parcel has reached to the destination. I went to the till and explained my story to Paula and showed her the screenshot that was send to me by the sender to proof that the parcel reached to the destination she then told me that the is nothing she can do she only needs a pin to assist me. I tried to beg for her help, and she refuse to help me and said I must wait for the estimated time which is the 06-06-2025. I then asked the sender to make a trace to get me the pin number that was requested. I waited for an almost 45 minutes or an hour since she refused to help until I traced the pin number myself. After I got the pin number, I made it a point to be assisted by her again. The lady gave attitude in such a way that after she collected the parcel, she just put it on the counter, and I didn't know if she done or not because she just put it on the counter after scanning until I asked if we are done and if I can take it.
I am not happy with the service I have received from Mancosa and to be specific student advisor Dacian Kadavelu. I have been communicating with Dacian Kadavelu from the 05 February with regard to my Adviced Diploma application. I have sent numerous mails and try to call him after he agreed that he will assist me with no luck. I have explained to him that the funding for this qualification is from my company meaning I need to submit all relevant documents by the end of business day today as the closing date to apply for a bursary is 07/02/2025. I have submitted all the documents that was need from my site and sent him many emails and called him but he didn't respond until i sent another email cc(copied student services on the mail) he then responded immediately that he is busy with my application. He called me around 3 saying I need to change my course and which I did but he never reverted back to me until now. I am not loosing this opportunity because of *********** staff which are not doing what is expected from them. I have proofs of my emails and calls which proves that he assured me that by the end of today I will have pro-invoice acceptance letter which Istill haven't received until now.
Im really not happy with RSA Debt Mediation... I made inquiries with them last month and they did explain how they work which I was happy with the explanation. I haven't finalize everything because they said I need to send bank statement and payslips to finalize the whole process. They said again I need to approve the debit check which I think it that was the biggest mistake I did. Now they debited my money and I didn't get any service from them because I'm still receiving calls from companies that I owe,meaning they didn't do any arrangements with any of them. Now I unable to reverse my money. I never thought the money will be debited since we didn't finalize everything. Ive never signed any documents with them. The only thing I did was to approve debit check. I don't even know their terms and conditions. I have no documents from them. The only thing they interested with me was to accept debit check.
Best Customer service Shout out to Westgate Shopping Mall staff. I went to the shop today after work to buy some few items since is that time of the month. I didn't have cash or bank card with me but only a picture of a voucher that my sister bought for m . But unfortunately they were unable to help me since I didn't have a physical card with me and according to their process and procedure they needed a physical card not a picture of a receipt or a picture of a voucher card. They called almost 3 supervisors to discuss about how can they assist me. They were all willing help and sharing ideas how can they assist me but unfortunately it was not possible. They called Gugulethu(Management) she also felt for me but the process wouldn't allow them to help me without a card. I forgot the 3 names of the supervisors on shift but I really appreciate their customers service. Gugulethu(management) said I can see ur deparate. And I told her I need 2 items bacause i need to go use it wen I get home and she was like lets go I will buy for you. Wow....... I was in tears since I was really despate but I didn't want to show her. She understood my situation and say, it's owk sis I will help you. Thank you Gugulethu and the team. Job well done.

I have been a tenant at Linden Lane since last July until till now. I have been experiencing a bad service and ever since. Just recently I stayed 4 days without electricity at my unit and I struggled for my issue to be resolved. It was very much inconvenience because this happened after I got paid and I had already bought groceries. I thrown almost all my food at the been, we have been eating take aways, bathing with cold water buying airtime to communicate with them and no was was even will to assist after sending many email. Not even an apology from the office like it was just normal. My monthly billing always changes and when I send a email for the amount break down now one is willing to respond. Necron properlty only cares about the monthly rental and forget about providing a good service to tenants . They forget that we also have rights as tenants. All I'm getting every month is sending latter of demand without respond to the emails that we sending as tenants. I'm really not happy with the service.
So, i made a laybye 2 months back then i took it out yesterday. and when i get home only to find that my daughter's clothes is not fitting her then i came back today for exchange. the cashier and store manager told me that the is no refunds for laybye while the receipt says another store. while we were arguing about the receipt the manager decided that its fine he can give me the refund but only with a gift card. i then said my problem is the same clothes that i bought they no longer in store that is why i want a refund but if it wasn't that i was gonna exchange same thing. I requested for my money then he said i must wait for a customer to come to the store to buy the same clothes for him to give me a refund which it doesn't make sense to me. he said i can wait until the shop closes. i arrived at the shop at 16:00 so meaning i will have to wait for 2 hours. not sure what's gonna happen if no one buys my items. King Price Insurance is running a campaign that if you make a car insurance quote with them they will give you a voucher of R350.00 with no obligations for you to join their insurance. I did make that quote and they send me a voucher which you can only redeem at BP garage. I went to 3 garages already and they told me that they have no idea about it. They have send me a massage twice already reminding me to redeem because the voucher will expire in 30 days. I called them(spoke to Della or Bella) today to make them aware that I am unable to redeem the voucher. The lady told me that the parcipating garage are only in Pretoria which they they didn't specify when they called and promised the voucher. I mean it doesn't make sense to me to drive from JHB to Pretoria to go and claim the R350.00. The was not transparency here.
My name is Dina and I bought a car from Zenith Auto dealership on the 9th July 2022. The name of the car is Polo TSI 2016 model. I bought the car cash and the car is giving problems and when I spoke to Henry the Manager he told me that the is nothing he can do. I bought the car cash for R90 000 it hasn't been two months but the car has a funny sound from the gear box and when the speed reaches to 100 the car is shacking. it is not save driving that car and I am honestly not enjoying the car. again on the driver's door the is a space on the window each time I take my car to the car wash the driver seat is always wet and I'm worried that we now approaching rainy season and I will be wet while in sitting in the car.
