I went to collect my spectacles today at spec Savers Westgate Shopping center, there were 2 ladies by the help desk. I greeted them only one lady responded, even when I complain to say I'm greeting the both of you but only one person responded she just gave me a cold shoulder and got busy with the computer. I didn't take her name as she was not wearing a name tag. I'm really disappointed as first impression last. She's wearing spectacles with white frames and it's not the first I encounter a problem with her, she has an attitude that lady.
On the 30 July I took my 11 year old son for his eye test at Key West Mall Krugersdorp branchOk the service was ok then they told me to wait for their call with 14 days. I got a call on Friday the 8 August to a very rude consulted. She didn't even greet me she just went straight to the point that my son's glasses are ready. I even greeted her after she told me that information to show that her call etiquette is poor. The very same day I wrote an email to their customer service to logged in a complain they promised to call even now. Poor service from the store and their client service is bad as they do not care about the complains of the customers.
I don't know how many times I have complained about the customer service from employees of Africa Bank. Yesterday just yesterday I went to Roodepoort branch for them to assist me to fill my UIF forms. The lady who was assisting me Collin had no interest it was like I'm boring her. I felt her coldness and she just told me I will fill other sections as I have the app and my bank card,just like that. The last time I was there she app**** a loan for me not even got a permission from me. Just saw a message that I was not successful for the loan. I did lodge a complaint about it but never got a feedback.
Long ques and the staff are rude to the customers. I was in a line for laybye out, I got moved from the main line to the line for payments and laybye. Only to b told that I can't cancel or exchange a laybye when it's my turn to be helped. I had to move to the line that I was on again both cashiers were rude and on my case. Nonku and Kele and that time I'm 6 months pregnant. While on the line system goes offline they didn't care to tell us what's going on. The service of this store is ****.
I bought a voucher via the banking app that was 3 weeks back, till this day I'm still waiting for my kfc voucher number. I wrote numerous emails, they just call once and make an excuse that we tried to call you but can't get hold of you. It's not my fault that your lines are Abad and they taking an advantage because it's a small amount of voucher.
Bad service from Westgate Mall Rage. Cashier saw no need to greet the customer when I ask her, she rep**** and said is it a must. She had a very bad attitude to a point where we had an argument. And she still insisted that it's not a must to greet a customer. It's not the first getting such behavior from that store. Their service is horrible
I'm not happy with the way this cellular service is operating. I won vouchers for the Voda bucks but still not been sent, its been 3 weeks now and they telling me about the investigation. Screen shots were sent and everything but nothing on their side it's just excuses on top of excuses. Can they refund me my Voda bucks then keep their vouchers. They have a horrible customer service I fact they are scams
Always have a bad service with their consultants at Westgate Mall branch. The lady who was helping me on Wednesday 17/11/2021, looks so bored the moment I walked in the door. It was like I'm disturbing her moment of sitting around doing nothing. I had a problem and still have it now because the matter has not been resolved. My voucher number is not working and since I got it 3 weeks back. Everytime I go purchase with it its declining, I went to the branch to ask for help but I walked away not being helped
A week back I went to Africa Bank at Westgate Branch to lodge a complaint about my funeral policy they haven't been deducting for two months now. When I got to the branch the lady who was assisting me looked bored and tired her service was very poor, unfortunately I didn't get her name as I was disappointed that I couldn't get any help. She just told me to sms a certain number they will call me within few minutes ato lodge my complaint and I did that. Till this day they haven't got back to and this month its going to be my third month and my policy will elapse..
On the 30th April I bought closer to nature bottles at Dischem Pharmacy Westgate Mall and now the bottles markings are fading away. It's not the first set that I bought from tommee tippee and their markings are fading away.. It's only a month and the bottles look old. ?
