What do you call it when you pay for a service and dont get it - Fraud?

<p>I paid to have a background check (Criminal and Media check) done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained that I was unlawfully arrested and that they must please take that into account when doing the search.  I also explained that if I do a search for myself on Google I get very incriminating posts that has no basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the results back and to my surprise MIE did not uncover any Media or criminal evidence on the search they performed.  They did not even take my initial comments into account.</p> <p> </p> <p>What did I pay for if they do not actually do anthing from their side to search high and low to uncover any and all traces that could incriminate me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took it up with them and was told they search your "Name and Surname" if that does not uncover anything on the first page of hits they stop their search as any other criteria will have too many hits to go through.</p> <p> </p> <p>The other manager I tried to mail did not even respond to my email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely attrocious service to say the least.</p>
