A good business gone bad
Currently having a very frustrating week trying to get through to mifix/miphone/mi whatever, they JUST. DO. NOT. COMMUNICATE! I have tried every form of communication short of sending smoke signals. Ordered a phone, haven't received any word from them about delivery or why there is a delay.
This is quite unfortunate because I previously bought from them when they were just starting out in 2017 and they were responsive and provided quick service.
I don't know what has happened in the past 4 years, but they definitely need to sort it out! I have not given them 1 star yet because of the previously good experience, but if I end up needing to request a refund, trust and believe, this rating will be updated.

15 Oct 2021, 09:00Update to previous review from 23 June 2021: Ended up waiting a good 3 months with no word and nothing but empty promises. Finally ended up asking my bank to arrange a refund for failed delivery of purchased goods. I wouldn't trust this company even if my life depended on it, which is unfortunate.
