I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I updated my policy and added a vehicle for car insurance. The agent was friendly, helpful, and made the experience pleasant. The call disconnected and she called back, which I appreciated. I also received a discount on my premium as I have an existing policy. All in all, very happy with them.
Been with them for many years, they always have fantastic customer service. Their personal banker service is also great. They recently assisted me to process a refund for an online purchase that did not deliver my purchase, and it was seamless from their end. Give credit where credit is due!
Currently having a very frustrating week trying to get through to mifix/miphone/mi whatever, they JUST. DO. NOT. COMMUNICATE! I have tried every form of communication short of sending smoke signals. Ordered a phone, haven't received any word from them about delivery or why there is a delay. This is quite unfortunate because I previously bought from them when they were just starting out in 2017 and they were responsive and provided quick service. I don't know what has happened in the past 4 years, but they definitely need to sort it out! I have not given them 1 star yet because of the previously good experience, but if I end up needing to request a refund, trust and believe, this rating will be updated.
My experience with this company was nothing short of wonderful. Having recently experienced a traumatic time with Webafrica (you can read my experience of that ordeal on the review I wrote for them here), they were a breath of fresh air. The application required me to send a few documents to an assigned sales person. Once done, my application was assigned to a consultant who frequently checked and updated me on the status of my internet package. Despite me requesting the delivery to be changed twice, they assisted me with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them.
I have decided to give credit where it is due, especially after recent encounters with other ISPs. Your service is good and reliable. I haven't had any issues with my LTE connectivity since joining 1 year ago. The only thing that I wish you provided is an uncapped option! I am aware of your fibre packages but that is not feasible currently. All in all, a good service provider that does what it says it will do.
Dear Webafrica, I am so disappointed by Webafrica's service delivery. Promises and promises but no end product. Their customer service interaction is great and they make great promises, but don't deliver when its time to deliver! I ordered an uncapped LTE package which was on promotion at the time, however the salesman did not request a delivery address (despite me mentioning that I would like to provide a delivery address different to the home address that the internet service was being ordered for) but assumed that it would be delivered to my house. The delivery company attempted to deliver the router but was unsuccessful as no one was home. When asked, they said that they were unable to deliver to an address other than the one provided by Webafrica. I then phoned webafrica in what would be the start of a month of constant calling to try and have the delivery address changed. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the delivery company then returned my package to sender! I subsequently called another 3-4 times and was told that it would be sorted and fixed, however whenever I phoned to follow up (their feedback is also non-existent), I was sent right back to the beginning as nothing further had ACTUALLY been done. One service consultant then suggested that the package should be cancelled so that it can be reloaded for delivery, to which I accepted as it was their suggestion. After it was cancelled, she said she would put me through to the sales team to reload it. I waited for 10 minutes on the line until the line went back to switchboard. The following day I called again to have it reloaded, and was informed that it could no longer be reloaded as the promotion was finished! This is despite me paying for delivery and having had my LTE application processed and accepted! They then decided to refund my delivery fee (possibly the only thing they did right). Fast foward to numerous other phone calls and nagging, I was FINALLY informed that they would reallocate the package to me from the developers end as the front end consultants could not reload it...More promises and no delivery. I eventually received another email notifying me that my LTE application had been approved again and I thought that things were finally looking up. The email said that delivery would occur in 3-5 business days. 4 business days later and no word, I decided to check in again as I now know how "efficient" they are at following through. I phone and, lo and behold, there is no LTE package loaded on my profile for delivery. That was the last and final straw. Your front end customer service is lovely, but there is no point having that if there is no follow through on the things you promise. I wanted to receive service from your company and really tried, but this service was unacceptable. I was truly dissapointed and dont know if I would be able to go back. Mr Dissapointed
Ordered an LTE with router promotion. Not only was the deal AMAZING (66% discount on the router), but they literally delivered it the following day as promised. Their website user end functions are fairly user friendly and so far I am impressed. Let us see if they keep up the good work :)
