Mifsa does not want to pay a provident fund for my brother

Good Day my brother was retrenched at work in December last year. he applied for his provident fund last year December at Mifsa. all people who applied after him they have been paid their monies but they keep on promising him the next Friday since from last year. since he is not working kids are starving and they have his money they are not releasing his money. its terrible cause he wants to buy food ffor the kids but he cant the money is with MIFSA.
