Absolutely disgusted with mikes bikes. We purchased a bike from them in cash, whereas they informed us that there was nothing wrong with the bike. We obviously believed them as the bike had a low mileage, and the reason it was there was because the previous owner's partner didn't really enjoy her having the bike. so once we finalised all paperwork and payments we went off with the bike. A month and a half later we find ourselves standing on the side of the highway because of a knocking sound, we eventually send the bike in on a trailer and all, where we wait 3 freaking weeks before we get an answer about whats wrong. All of a sudden the bearings are broken as well as the crank, we have been calling them for those three weeks but no one answers, and if someone does pick up the phone and they find out who's on the line, they either put the phone down, or they just ignore your calls and make excuses that that sales person is not there. We eventually tried calling on the salespersons personal phone, whereas he also ignored us. So we rocked up at the shop to confront the issue with him, and then all he has to tell us is "what do you expect me to do" this is absolutely unacceptable, and now today we get a call saying the engine is broken, we can either wait a few more months till they get a replacement 2nd hand engine or we can buy a different bike on finance, so now we have too pay two separate payments off just to have a bike? I don't think so. The customer service in this place is terrible,(SO MUCH FOR THIER SLOGAN)We value our relationship with our customers and all who share the love of motorcycles, WHERES THE RELATIONSHIP NOW? I wouldn't suggest this company to any of my friends and family, or in fact anyone.
