I'll never go to makes kitchen again. On Thursday, September 23rd we went to Mikes Kitchen in Lambton, Germiston made a booking there for 18:30 pm. It all first started when we got there they couldn't find my name on the booking then they eventually took us to a table and took our orders. It took 1 hour for them to bring the starters crumbed mushrooms and garlic roll. I went to the manager is think his name was Kevin and explained this to him and he just looked at me. I eventually just paid for the starters and drinks only and left and rather went to spur where I received much better service. NEVER GO TO MIKES KITCHEN IN LAMBTON, let them close down

Worst experience i have ever had in my life. On the 28August 2020 i went to Mikes Bike's Boksburg branch to purchase a motorbike and was assisted by a sales representative named Steven Cousins. I bought a white Honda cbr1000 fireblade 2009 model which i deposited R80.000 cash that day to their business account and Steven told me they gonna do registration on my behalf and deliver the bike with bike papers on my name and new license disc. The bike was delivered to my house on the 3rd September 2020 by Jordan one of the guy also working at Mike's bikes but without bike papers and said they still busy with the papers and will deliver them soon as they get them from the person who does their vehicle licensing and registration. To date i haven't got the bike papers from Mike's Bikes and when i call them they say i must call the owner myself which is Mike. I have called Mike many times and he said the bike was a dealer-stock and papers are with the bank and his waiting for the bank to release papers to him as the bike was still under the bank name when they sold me the bike. Now i am stuck with a bike without papers as i don't even have a permit to ride the bike with and i feel like i am riding a stolen bike and Mike keeps making promises that he will get me a permit so long as his waiting for bike papers from the bank which i find it hard to believe because if the bank did receive the money i paid to Mike's Bike dealership by now i should have got the papers. So i am warning people not to trust that dealership as now i feel undermined and betrayed as a young black brother by Mike's Bikes and mind you i am not gonna let this go without a fight as i have been patient for long and very soon they will be appearing on a TV show to explain to South Africa why they can't give me my bike paperwork.

I had the worst experience with mikes bikes boksburg there is absolutely no feedback i had 2 bikes in 1 month and when i got the bikes there was either stuf broken on these bikes or poor workmanship carried out on these bikes , and when they say they wil phone you you constantly have to phone back yourself so not you wont get any asistance , i wont do further business with this dealer in the future i lost more then that i gained and if i knew that the service is so bad i would have never considered this company

Absolutely disgusted with mikes bikes. We purchased a bike from them in cash, whereas they informed us that there was nothing wrong with the bike. We obviously believed them as the bike had a low mileage, and the reason it was there was because the previous owner's partner didn't really enjoy her having the bike. so once we finalised all paperwork and payments we went off with the bike. A month and a half later we find ourselves standing on the side of the highway because of a knocking sound, we eventually send the bike in on a trailer and all, where we wait 3 freaking weeks before we get an answer about whats wrong. All of a sudden the bearings are broken as well as the crank, we have been calling them for those three weeks but no one answers, and if someone does pick up the phone and they find out who's on the line, they either put the phone down, or they just ignore your calls and make excuses that that sales person is not there. We eventually tried calling on the salespersons personal phone, whereas he also ignored us. So we rocked up at the shop to confront the issue with him, and then all he has to tell us is "what do you expect me to do" this is absolutely unacceptable, and now today we get a call saying the engine is broken, we can either wait a few more months till they get a replacement 2nd hand engine or we can buy a different bike on finance, so now we have too pay two separate payments off just to have a bike? I don't think so. The customer service in this place is terrible,(SO MUCH FOR THIER SLOGAN)We value our relationship with our customers and all who share the love of motorcycles, WHERES THE RELATIONSHIP NOW? I wouldn't suggest this company to any of my friends and family, or in fact anyone.

My husband and I saw and adverti*****t for a bike that they were selling on their website on the 22nd November 2018 and responded to them to show our interest. We were given their banking details to make a holding deposit for the bike. We did a transfer and then provided proof of payment to them. We went to their store on Saturday, 24th November 2018 to view the bike and to make final payments. We were happy with the bike and went ahead with the deal. We went to the bank to effect payment and then came back to the store and provided them with proof of payment. We went ahead and they took pictures of us and the bike, posted on their Facebook page congratulating us on the purchase of the bike. We agreed that they will deliver the bike in the next week, confirmation being on Monday, 26th November 2018 with a date of delivery. On Monday, 26th November in the morning we get a message that we have a problem. The bike that we bought was actually not selling at the price we paid and we need to either pay R10k more or a refund?????As shocking as it is, its not our problem as we have sealed the deal the only thing left is for them to deliver the bike to us. We are still struggling to get our bike delivered. By the way, we have in our possession all the correspondences between ourselves and them as well as the picture of the advertised bike at the price we paid. The only thing I can say about these people is that they are misleading, they have misled us and we need to be given what we paid for. What a pathetic service and very unprofessional and disrespectful! Extremely Disrespectful.

I bought a bike from Mikes Bikes last year 2017 September cash. A black and gold Kawasaki zx 12R from day one I had endless problems with the bike. The fork seals was broken did not had a service had to take it back for brakes in week two, then when I got it back it would not start they used another bikes spares on my bike. This took about three weeks taking the bike back to them for problems until I demanded a extra warranty on the work. No again my left hand foot peck just broke off while I was riding i took it back to them to replace this was also two weeks ago I am still currently with my bike, I just ask them to give me a question for a service on the bike . I have not heard from them till today. If I Phone then they keep on saying they will Phone me back but never does. I will never recommend any people to go a bike to bay a bike please,please stay away don't even go there for a service on your bike the after sale does not exist and they just there to rob the customers.
