I have been going into a telkom shop trying to do an upgrade of my mobile device but Telkom has been offline since last week. Absolutely useless beyond words. If you looking to get telkom mobile, dont do it, Will be the worst decision you ever make
Good Afternoon I'm trying to get through to you but holding for almost 30 minutes and nobody answers. I need to know when my parcel is going to be delivered as this is a xmas present and its taking forever to get here or should I come to skynet to fetch it myself ? Please advise urgently
I placed an online order last week Thursday 14 July 2022. Up to today I haven't received anything, I've called and spoken to Dennis in dispatch and they cant even pick up the order with the reference number i gave him, he has been trying to put me through to other departments but they don't answer. So obviously defy has stolen my money. Can you maybe get someone in top management or your legal department to contact me in order to go lay a charge of theft against them at the police station.
I want to bring to your attention the shocking service I received from we buy cars Germiston. I went in today around 12pm to go look at bakkies. I saw one particular bakkie that I liked and requested to see a salesman. I walked up to the helpdesk and the one sales manager very rudely told me that I have to write my name on the list as there are other customers before me, when I looked around the desk area I was the only customer standing there, the other manager came riding past on his segway and starts laughing. So I write my name on the list and as I'm the only customer waiting it took over 10 minutes for a salesman, eventually after waiting and no salesman coming to see me I left. Why didn't one of the sales managers the one sitting at the desk or the one riding around on his segway not help me, I was very interested in purchasing that vehicle this week and unfortunately you just lost a client.
I'll never go back to mikes kitchen again. We went to mikes Kitchen in Lambton on Thursday, September 23rd we made a booking for 18:30 pm. I all started off when we got there they couldn't find my name, after running around they eventually took us to table and took our order. We WAITED AN HOUR just for the starters crumbed mushrooms and garlic roll. Eventually, I got up and went to talk to the manager I think his name was Kevin and explained to him what's happening and he only looked at me. I just paid for the starters and drinks and left. While was leaving they ran to me with the main course, I ignored them and walked out the door and went to Spur rather where we received top-notch service. NEVER GO TO MIKES KITCHEN IN LAMBTON, let them close down

Once again dawn wing has failed in every way possible, why don't you just close down? I've been waiting for my parcel to arrive which on your website is said its arriving today. called twice and spoke to two people who said they'll get the driver to call me but nothing, they gave me a managers contact number Aaron (011)961 4703 but obviously his been talking to his friend the whole day cause the line stays busy. Could you give me a number of the MD or CEO of dawn wing who's not on the line with the friend the entire day and who's going to answer their phone so I can tell them to close this blady pathetic company, you don't deserve to be in business any longer
I would recommend no one buys from this company, I've never encountered such shocking service from a company. On their website they say you can call them from 8am, I've called the whole day and no one answers. I took a drive to their office and its closed and got to hear that they've been closed for 2 days already. I think this company needs to close for good if they giving their customers this type of service. I've even sent sms's and emails and no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND LET THEM CLOSE DOWN !!!
I sent a parcel yesterday 19/10/2020 at Postnet overnight delivery to Cape Town, I noticed today 20/10/2020 that the parcel is still sitting in Johannesburg. I've been calling up and down but it seems to be a blaming game, Postnet is blaming Aramex and Aramex is blaming Postnet. The issue here is I need this parcel back by tomorrow or penalties will be incurred and I will be holding someone at Postnet or Aramex personally liable for this. So someone better make sure at Postnet or Aramex that I receive this parcel back from Cape Town before the closing of business tomorrow or legal action will be taken.
