On the 18/09/2025 i have taken my car Mazda CX3 for oil service and told the lady who assisted me on service side that my car keeps on flushing engine light and oil light even though i have refilled oil so i alerted her to please have that checked and tell me what might be the cause. So the lady called me during the day and said im getting these signs because of a bad oil strainer that needs to be replaced and so i asked the lady how much is that oil strainer and she said its R4850 but they don’t have the part in store but will have to order it for me and might take 3 days to arrive. So i told her that since its before month end i don’t have R4850 for the strainer now but to rather continue with oil service as it cost R2,135 and that i can manage. So my issue here is that the lady **** to me and tried to **** me extra money for the oil strainer which costed way less than what she told me it cost even on the invoice she gave me after paying for the oil service, cause just two days after i took my car to their oil service i phoned again the parts department at Mazda Vereeniging now wanting to order the same part cause my car still showing the same issues and the guy at parts said the oil strainer for my car is R500 and i can send someone to pay for it and will get it in two days and guess what my wife went to order the part and got it for R500. So imagine the difference now from the price i got first of R4850 and only to find out the same dealership sells it for R500 while if the lady became fair to me that day i would have fixed my car with them the same day. So im not happy at all with Mazda and mind you i bought this car from them in 2020 now they want to **** me again their customer. So please people beware Mazda Vereeniging service department the lady there by the window were we live our keys too she’s a ***** with whoever she’s working with they fix prices to rob customers and i have proof in terms of all receipts i got from them so they must be looked at cause now my car would damage my engine anytime because they just don’t care but only want to **** people.
Last year on the 18th of June 2024 i paid R3200 for restoration of my nephew whom is de-registered by hpcsa due to none payment of annual fees for two years. I personally phoned hpcsa last year early to find out what i can do to assist my nephew so that his name can be back on the register and was told of the restoration fee and forms and other documents that must be submitted together with proof of payment and emailed to Mamokete Mabusela whom is the person in-charge of communicating with all candidates since Dr Mokwena is no longer there or is no longer the person to talk to regarding these exams. We emailed Mamokete Mabusela all documents and proof of payment on 18 June 2024 and she never acknowledged to have received our documents and when we went to the head office at pretoria they told us that she works from home and she receives alot of emails but when the board announces the date to her she will then communicate with all candidates whom app**** on time before 31July 2024 for October exams. To date when you email her you just get an automatic reply telling you about the postponement of the board exam which makes you not sure if she did receive your documents or not and we cannot even get her on the phone as communication to her is only by email which is annoying because you get same automated reply. Hpcsa must just be true to people and tell them if they changed their mind about giving people a chance to write this exams because it’s really frustrating knowing that people have loaned money to write but now hpcsa is awol.
The service i have received is exceptional and the agent who assisted me went beyond to made things more clearer to me.
Good Day I'm S.L Nzuza residing in vaal vereeniging. On the 10th of May 2024 i received an sms from my phone saying I qualify for a discount on my vodacom account and mind you i don't have any account or contract done with vodacom. So i quickly went to vodacom in Vaal Mall to ask what's happening regarding the sms I'm receiving as im not contracted to vodacom or even own a vodacom number and was advised that if I don't have any contract with vodacom it means ***** was committed using my details so I must fill in the ***** dispute form and attach a certified copy of my ID together with 3 signatures done by myself and an affidavit of which i did and also sent the forms via email to vodacom ***** department and got a reply with Ref no: EC-1TOY-190LA9 and also received an sms and email from the investigators saying they will check my case and should get back to me in 7-14 days but to date no one has come back to me. Every morning im getting annoying calls from vodacom people and MBD asking me to confirm my details "which i don't" and asking me when will i make payment for something i don't know off and it's really annoying and disturbing as i have to explain to them the same thing that the forms have been submitted as ***** was committed then another one will call again for the same thing and now my worry is that my credit score and record is gonna be ruined by this so vodacom cannot be trusted as people use our details to make contracts without vodacom doing all necessary validations.
Worst experience i have ever had in my life. On the 28August 2020 i went to Mikes Bike's Boksburg branch to purchase a motorbike and was assisted by a sales representative named Steven Cousins. I bought a white Honda cbr1000 fireblade 2009 model which i deposited R80.000 cash that day to their business account and Steven told me they gonna do registration on my behalf and deliver the bike with bike papers on my name and new license disc. The bike was delivered to my house on the 3rd September 2020 by Jordan one of the guy also working at Mike's bikes but without bike papers and said they still busy with the papers and will deliver them soon as they get them from the person who does their vehicle licensing and registration. To date i haven't got the bike papers from Mike's Bikes and when i call them they say i must call the owner myself which is Mike. I have called Mike many times and he said the bike was a dealer-stock and papers are with the bank and his waiting for the bank to release papers to him as the bike was still under the bank name when they sold me the bike. Now i am stuck with a bike without papers as i don't even have a permit to ride the bike with and i feel like i am riding a stolen bike and Mike keeps making promises that he will get me a permit so long as his waiting for bike papers from the bank which i find it hard to believe because if the bank did receive the money i paid to Mike's Bike dealership by now i should have got the papers. So i am warning people not to trust that dealership as now i feel undermined and betrayed as a young black brother by Mike's Bikes and mind you i am not gonna let this go without a fight as i have been patient for long and very soon they will be appearing on a TV show to explain to South Africa why they can't give me my bike paperwork.
